Check in was quick and very efficient - the receptionist was very pleasant. The room was comfortable and clean. Also there is a nice bar/retaurant. One or two of the bar staff did let the majority down in terms of customer service |

I thought the staff were excellent & very welcoming without being overpowering The only small problem I had was the noise after the disco But as I booked last minute there were only 2 rooms left so I could not have a choice which is understandable.Next time I would book a room @ the back of hotel.Having said that it was not a major problem |

The room was lovely and the location was great. Only minor but the bed was a bit uncomfortable but this would not put me off staying here again. |

Harcourt Street is a busy street with trams running outside and some clubs. Woken at 4am by revellers leaving some establishments, but this is a dublin city centre hotel. |

location the nightclub is very loud on the weekends, which i wouldn't have mind if the rate hadn't been four times more expensive than on the quiet nights. |

The fact that they moved us to a better room on request The original room allocated was too small for two people and the noise level was unbearable |

There was a foul smell in the hotel during the night that made me feel sick.when I complained I was told it was glue being used to lay a floor uring the night .the smell was unhealthy |

Its central location was fantastic and to be recommended, walk distance every where no need queue for taxi. The heat of the room was so uncomfortable eventhough there was no raidator on, also there was an overflow pipe flowing (gushing water out noisly) on a water tank outside our window which was annoying . |

The location was good and the price was good We only had a tiny window which was about 10 foot off the floor and couldn't be reached to open or close the window or the curtains. |
