This elegant Georgian hotel in central Dublin is just a 2-minute walk from O' Connell Street and very close to Temple Bar.
Score from 1549 reviews Good
Just a 3 minute walk to the very popular shopping district and nice restaurants.
The room is so outdated I felt like I was in the 80's. The beds are hard and the bathroom just felt dirty. Also, the nightclubs a rocks throw away will keep you up until the early hours of the morning!
Location, absolutely value for money for same day booking and check-in.
Noise from party people, Luas at night if the room is facing the road.
The location was good and staff were helpful.
I found the hotel noisy on Thursday night with student disco.
great location,,,very helpful staff...room fine
gaining access to the hotel after hours was different to the normal process - a heads up re the different after hours process would have been helpful. There is a nightclub opposite so understand the need . Noise from the nightclub a non issue
Bar food good .good value for money
Noise from water pipes was annoying .
good location the staff were very friendly and helpful very clean rooms it also had a very nice bar and terrace all in all enjoyed my stay
The smoking area amazing good breakfast reasonable price
A bit noisy
Very large bedroom
Splendid room but just in from of a noisy street : nighclubs, lot of noise outside and inside the hotel Simply couldn't sleep If you want to party and go to bed at 7AM great place otherwise to avoid at all costs Very (very) small bathroom
size of the room, choice of beds!
That you had to go to a seperate building
The general cleanliness and facilities in the bedroom was superior. It was also very comfortable.
Sound proofing probably could not keep the street night club out. Somehow I envy the Germans for their noise pollution enforcement.
Room was awesome, clean and comfortable! Had a great stay. Check in and check out extremely fast, which really suited!
Very happy with location of the hotel, facilities and staff
Room was quite warm and a bit loud at night with the pup/club downstairs but it didn't stop any sleep and is to be expected on a Friday night in the city
It was very central
It was very noisy
Staff were so pleasant , helpful and professional. They made you feel like they were delighted to be of assistance and each of them were very interested in making sure the customer has a good time and is satisfied
comfortable bed and bathroom
loud music until very late
You get what you pay for really everything qas decebt only thing that bothered me was luas tram right outside window
Tram noise outside window, breakfast was grand eggs where cold tho
I've stayed here on numerous occasions and have never had any issues with this hotel. Very clean, comfortable and perfectly located.
price was great room was lovely reception staff very friendly
having to park so far from the hotel breakfast in the bar was not nice. the staff were busy cleaning the bar, after the night before, and were cursing and swearing with each other, forgetting that I was sitting there. I was there for an early breakfast. maybe later the experience may have improved but if you are there for an early breakfast, watch out. having to come out of the building to go to breakfast wasn't great.
A group of young lads up for the weekend. 4 of us in the same room for €109 total cost was cheap as chips. Straight across from Dublin's best nightclub Coppers was a perfect location.
Great value for were it was placed plenty of places to go out...will be back again
Just that there was 5 of us and we didn't have enough towels and very small..also when I booked it it was ment to be 188euro but ended up been 208 but no harm
Excellent location Room quite roomy not cramped
Parking a little walk Loud residents during night
The bar in hotel , friendly , lovely outside area
Friends stayed and room was above the club so had to be moved
location within walking distance of grafton st.
The hotel is extremely noisy, with loud, thumping disco"music" until 3 am, therefore impossible to sleep, despite having a room at back.
Courteous and helpful staff. Comfortable room. Excellent breakfast. Conveniently situated.
Music from nightclub could be heard in the hotel bar.
Clean, warm, good showering facilities, good tea/coffee facilities, excellent location, good wifi.
Some music noise from nearby night clubs during the night.
