Breakfast was lovely
We didn't sleep a wink with the noise. We asked for a quiet room, which they gave us but the building was so old that when someone shut a door the whole building would vibrate!!!!!! People were coming and going at all hours so between the laughing and the door slamming it was horrible also the bath was for hobbits not humans. It suited me fine because I'm small but too small for the average person
Met a group of friends in Dublin for a catch up weekend- stayed in one of their 5 bed rooms. Perfect for this: big shared room, excellent location- walking distance to the city, and lots of bars and night clubs right on the doorstep! It was extremely busy when we were there, and we were very kindly allowed into the nightclub ahead of the crowd. Had a brilliant and the staff were fantastic! Even allowed us to leave our luggage there after check out while we went for food.
For a catch up with friends weekend, I couldn't fault it
Great spot for young people looking for a central hotel re shopping and nightlife. Brilliant nightclub attached
Would not be suitable for families
Super noisy...even the complimentary earplugs did not help.
Good location Restaurant was lovely
One of the staff members was extremely rude.
Noisy night club, security , sirens etc do not contribute to a good nights sleep
Staff good Location great
Location and price.
The bedroom smells strange. We stayed in the basement room and the floor was a bit wet. Absolutely nothing special.
Staff were great, clean rooms, free breakfast vouchers.
Room Noise levels, quality and cost of evening meal, not really set up to accommodate children, room rates sky rocketed in every hotel each time there is a gig on in the aviva stadium, car parking was a nightmare.
Staff were lovely and pleasant and very helpful.
Although I have stayed here before and realise it is a busy spot,it was extremely noisy and the room was very stuffy
Location. Friendliness of staff. Good breakfast.
Far too noisy. Better suited to tourists, not business users.
Location, location, location! Many bars, restaurants and shops within easy walking distance.
There is a club in the basement and you can hear the music up to the 2nd floor (where we stayed) The street is also very loud, so ask front desk for some of their super blockout earplugs- they worked a treat!
Location just off of Stephen's Green. Very reasonable.
Affordable, central location.
Noisy! at all hours, if you are planning a restful break, this is NOT the hotel for you.
Would have been nice if breakfast was included in the price
Clean, good nightclub and bar, comfortable room, really good shower
Room very small, price should have been reflected in this
Great hotel fe. for weekend for this value. I would recommend if you are planning to do some sightseeing or party nights.
Can be a bit loud night clubs around.
NIce hotel, nice room, great bar and club. Lovely breakfast. you can hear music at night even on the top floor because of the club but that was made clear on booking so glad of the warning.
Was a bit put off because under the pillows, the sheets did not look fresh. There were random hairs and fuzz. Everything else was very clean but was cringing at sleeping in the bed. I suspect the quilt cover had been changed but not the bottom sheet. Sorry to report bed not up to standard as the rest of the hotel was very nice.
Parking some distance away
Great location and value for money.
Everything in this hotel
Nothing at ALL
The bar club and beer garden. The location is excellent.
Rooms are dated and in need of a revamp
Bed was comfortable
Too noisy, I didn't sleep well even though I was on the fourth floor it did not quash the noise outside don't think I would book it again based solely on this, however you get what you pay for at the end of the day
Noice and draft
Disco bar was great fun.. Brilliant mix if music. Lunch and breakfast was very enjoyable. Spacious clean room.
Couple in room nx door were fighting and because it was a double door rather than wall we could hear it.
Room, location, and price were all excellent. The staff at reception were very welcoming and helpful. Despite my comments on breakfast I would stay here again- maybe not on a friday or saturday night when by all accounts it is party central! We stayed on a sunday night and we had no problems at all with noise.
While the food for breakfast was fine the service was very poor. Maybe this was not a regular occurrence, but it was very disorganised that day- there didn't appear to be anyone overseeing things- they ran out of food and when it did eventually arrive there wasnt enough for those waiting! A bit of a disaster really.
