Gostei da simpatia de todo o pessoal(que não foi surpresa porque é habitual em toda a Republica da Irlanda),da resposta eficiente ás solicitações.A decoração e todo o hotel,no geral,é acolhedor e agradável. A manutenção de um hotel com as caracteristicas deste,devia ser muito mais aprimorada,podia tornar-se um excelente "hotel de charme".Cortinados,colchas,etc,precidam de ser renovados,mantendo no entanto o mesmo estilo.Na casa de banho,a disponibilização de produtos e complementos de higiene é escassa,num país onde há fabrico de produtos naturais. |

Do ar antigo das instalações e do exterior. Também a ligação a Bernard Shaw! O Barulho à noite é inconcebível. Música alto e pessoas a gritarem durante a noite, para um hotel familiar é incompreensível. Ouvem-se os passos a andar no piso de cima. |

We had booked through another firm so our booking had not confirmed double beds just noted we preferred doubles(?)- one of the staff was brilliant she sorted it all out and we all got double beds. The service at breakfast time was very lax beans slopped on your plate we asked for fried eggs and were fobbed off . Tables could have been wiped down etc. |

The friendliness of the staff, the atmosphere. Great bar/club also. We had quite a noisy room being above the bar. Can't complain though as we made use of it ourselves. We didn't like the fact that there was no plug sockets by the mirror in the room. |

The staff were really friendly and helpful and also it was very central in Dublin. Price was great too On arrival the first room we were allocated was not made ready for us. it was also quite small for 3 people although we were allocated a larger room following and I have to say the staff did so immediately without us requesting this which was excellent service |

It was ideally placed, within walking distance of the city centre and transport connections. The rooms are clean and bathroom had a bath as well as shower. The small tv was placed so high up on the wall that I had to stand on a chair to switch it on and off. |

Convenient distance from city centre (temple bar etc), friendly staff, good standard facilities in rooms etc. hotel had a nice look (decour) Only problem was that part of the hotel becomes a night club on wednesday, thrusday, friday and saturday nights, and if you are in a room close to this part of the hotel, you will be kept awake till the early hours with the sound of the thimping bass and crowds of people outside the window! However, if tired enough, you will fall asleep eventually. I did! Or if ou can't sleep, you could always join the party! |

it was convienient for town and the price was incredibly reasonable. Very clean rooms nice shower I was a little late checking out and was asked to leave by the hotel staff which i thought was a little rude and unusual |

Rooms need to be soundproof due to noise from kitchen extractors and most of all from night club which ws extremely noisy until 3 am |
