The location and proximity to major attractions
The internet is very good, the staff very helpful, the bistro and the pub are both excellent !!!!
The pillow to thin/hard, the shower pressure is too weak
The location is great, a few minutes walk from the best bars and just a few steps downstairs to Darkey kelleys so if its all about location, this is a good place..
The room! 501, large room, but bed 2 x singles pushed together.. no net curtain and neighbours window 2ft in front.. dripping toilet cistern constantly, wobbly taps, bad shower pressure, smallest tv possible & grubby carpets.
Central location, friendly staff, good bar and restaurant.
city and location
room was not super clean, bad plumbing and smoke from the bar, bed was substandard.....matress awful
All of dublins attractions were in walking distance, even the zoo was only a 40min walk away. We stayed on top floor so didn't here the bar downstairs at all, although we did have a drink in it one night and it was pretty nice. Temple bar is expensive but loads of entertainment every nignt :)
The only thing I didn't enjoy was I thought the beds were a bit uncomfortable, that and only had a tiny tv in the room but didn't really watch it anyway so meh...
Like the location, friendly staff, live music in the bar.
Didn't like the way of serving breakfast. No cereals, no buffet. We didn't have ebough toast/bread and had to ask ourselves for more. It's no problem of course but we'd appreciated much more being able to make our own choices.
Such a lovely hotel with great views of Christ Church, located in the middle of all the major sites.
All was great, little noisy on the weekend at the bar's hotel, but we expected that.
Location was perfect - within walking distance of attractions and sights. Very friendly staff. Excellent food from copper alley bistro & great atmosphere and entertainment at darkey kelly pub (both attached to hotel) Our room was very comfortable and large. Definitely would stay again
If being very picky the shower head in our room was not great and the water took a while to heat up!
Quiet hotel in the night
Confusion at leaving time . Numbers of rooms were given on arrival wrong . This was not noticed until checkout time . reception staff did not handle it in a professional manner.
excellent stay highly recommend and stay again
Location puts you within walking distance to major sights, staff is very friendly and helpful
location good, food at the bistro connected very good. Staff quite pleasant and helpful. All in all enjoyed our stay here!
Some of the room furniture was a bit tatty and the shower wasn't the most powerful as in the water was slow coming from the shower head. Certainly wouldn't put me off tho!!
Location, staff, comfort, bar, Burdock's fish & chips (best in Dublin) is 100 yards away. Right by Temple Bar without the crowds or noise.
All the rooms facing away from the street overlook the bar's outdoor smoking area and it can occasionally get noisy.
Staff very friendly Good bar Wi-Fi signal very good Shower very powerful with plentiful hot water
Nothing to dislike
brilliant location, friendly and helpful staff, a cheap rate for a Dublin hotel.
strong smell of bleach upon entering room, hairs in the shower tray, view from window of a brick wall.
Close to Heuston Railway Station. Lovely hotel and very professionally managed. Great staff. Could book in early which was a real bonus especially during the very busy Christmas tourist season. Big room and big bathroom. Lovely area of Dublin. Excellent wifi.
It was a very good hotel. However, bed was comfortable but a bit on the small side. Not as close to shops as other hotels but great walking location to Heuston Station.
Very comfortable room. WiFi worked well. The staff were always keen to help. Location was very good. Hotel is wheelchair friendly.
Hot water poor
Position of Hotel. Price, access to pub next door and also the quality of the resteraunt
Can't beat the location. The staff are extremely helpful. This is truly a great value for your money.
I stayed there twice in recent months and both times had a wonderful stay. it was affordable, comfortable and the staff were helpful. also itis located near buses, historical sites and we were able to walk to various places.
Nothing really. It was a very good stay.
Friendly staff, clean hotel. Spacious rooms. Brilliant location.
Single pivot roof window in one of our rooms not ideal, could only open it fully or not at all.
