Staff was helpful and courteous, hotel is very conveniently located, close to Dublin shopping and dining. It is impossible to sleep in any room on the street side on a Friday or Saturday night, due to the many nightclubs on Harcourt Street. Patrons spill onto the streets after midnight and make an incredible racket until 4 or 5 a.m. A knowledgeable guest will demand a room on the back side of the hotel. Alas, we didn't know to do this and the hotel put us in the front. |

Location - very central and within walking distance to sights and shopping. The parking facility is a very big plus factor. The porters were very helpful. |

Hotel was very nice, but lack of air conditioning was a problem, as the sun shone directly into the room in the afternoon, causing the room to be like a sauna. But then, how often to we get such hot weather? |

friendliness of staff and quality of rooms and furnishing snack food ordered for lunch was poor. The noise from nightclubs across the street was very disruptive in the early hours |

This hotel was near the city centre, easy to find, clean and comfortable and had parking facilities. The road outside was busy and we were woken a few times by car horns. |

The location was excellent for walking into the commercial district. There is a lot of noise when the nightclub across the street lets out, with loud talking and taxi honking into the wee hours. |

Location excellent. Only a couple of minutes from Grafton Street. Very quiet. Handy free parking. Nice decor in the lounge areas. Some of the lights & sockets did not work in our room. |

Excellent location, near St. Stephen's Green and the main shopping areas of Dublin. Room was very comfortable. Our room was at the front of the hotel, and there is a night club on the other side of the road. In the early hours of the morning, there is a huge amount of noise from people leaving the night club and taxis waiting to collect people. This woke me up both nights we stayed - it's a real pity as everything else about this hotel is very good. |

Hotel was clean, and the room was comfortable. There is a taxi queu on the street below the hotel. The taxi's honked their horns at each other all night. We didn't get any sleep between 12am and 5am. It was the worst experience we have had with noise from any of our hotel stays. We told the staff in the morning, they filled us in on why the taxi's honk at each other. At that point, we really didn't care why. |

They seemed to have everything the way I like it. The Inn is in a good location it's comforfable, a cosy, beautifully decorated Georgian period building. The Staff was both helpful and actually personable, and everything seemed clean and in working order. I was there twice, two nights for each stay over a nine day period. The breakfast cold cuts were less than fresh. they were dry and discolored, on both of my visits. One should also do something about the Pub patrons who shriek and honk cars horns in unison, for a full hour and a half after the Pub closes (between three and four-thirty), weather permitting. |

Very convenient location, physical warmth (the weather was very cold and the hotel was a haven), comfort and most of all cleanliness. We like to have an in-room safe - it's not as convenient at the front desk and we noticed that the safe there was not locked, just opened and closed as our sealed packet was put in. For valuables like passports, we feel that this is not good enough. |
