Being There was very relaxing
Very good accommodation. Liked the area, convenient to Theatre, shopping ++.
Bathroom was lovely with a big bath, bed very comfy. Perfect for a overnight in town before a flight or morning meeting.
Friendly efficient staff
Reception staff were just so welcoming and so chatty, had an interest in what we had to say and and had a constant smile.
Have to say it was top marks!
In principle the hotel is nicely situated on walking distance from the centre. Interior is nice, staff is friendly.
NOISE. We were warned to get a room in the back due to noise in the front. The back is just as bad. Two nights no sleep at all due to excessive noise from next door night club, which is open 4-5 days/week. No soundproof rooms, so music in room was still extremely loud. Room was very small, bed also small. Shower had very poor pressure. So very very poor value for money.
Nice old style hotel, short walk to the city centre 15 mins, easy to get a taxi if needed, very area around the hotel and value for money
Not much really
location / price/carparking/value for money
the room was amazing
To noisey, didn't sleep for 2 nights due to street noise and opposite a nightclub
The staff were very professional and friendly
I thought I had done well with the selection of this hotel at a very agreeable price but my room faced out onto Harcourt Street, the location of a very noisy nightclub. I had very little sleep that night. The loss of wi-fi from mid-evening through to the morning cut short the amount of work I was able to get do me for a meeting first thing.
Nothing. may nearby disco
Good experience overall.
The windows let cold and noise into our room from outside.
Awesome place for youngsters, the hotel staff was excellent and there are no possible complaints!
everything was great!
bad hair dryer, shower pressure was low
We were nicely surprised, we did not expect such a lovely and quiet room in the heart of Dublin
Nice hotel...well located.
There is a night club across the road from the hotel....There was several hundred people queuing over the course of the night, people outside smoking, shouting, etc. This went on until well after 3am. Irrespective of the price or quality of the hotel, I wouldn't stay there again.....
Brilliant staff who couldn't help enough
Don't stay in room 1, it is right behind reception and you will hear every word spoken by staff and customers and the opening and closing of the main hotel doors endlessly . In addition you then have the trams passing frequently, that is no fault of the hotel although it's all part and parcel of the noise experience
Staff, breakfast, free parking, free wifi, atmosphere of hotel.
If staying get back rooms noise from party goers can be bad at times.
Very comfortable room and amazing building! Staff were helpful, wifi great. All excellent!
Lovely clean and comfortable Breakfast amazing !!
Problem with students returning from nightclubs in vicinity. 3:00 am - 4:30 very noisy!
Just a short walk Trinity College, Grafton St and Temple Bar area. Back room was great away from any street noise. Terrific sized rooms and very clean.
Short walk to all the shops and pubs. The design of the hotel is very nice.
The rooms with the view to the road are quite noisy due to the tram and also night club across the street. If you have problems sleeping ask a room in the back
Although the parking spaces are tight and requires some time to maneuvers the cars to get in and out, is one of the only hotels with parking spaces in the city centre.
The lady on the breakfast hall made us feel like strangers.
Location was good easy walk to grafton street room was clean
