Very convenient location, physical warmth (the weather was very cold and the hotel was a haven), comfort and most of all cleanliness. We like to have an in-room safe - it's not as convenient at the front desk and we noticed that the safe there was not locked, just opened and closed as our sealed packet was put in. For valuables like passports, we feel that this is not good enough. |

Ithought the fabric ofthe hotel was in good condition, and the comfort and decor in keeping with the period of the house. It would be very nice to have face flannels in the room. The soap and shampoo dispensers were too high in the bath, even when having a shower, and if one was having a bath, you'd have to keep standing up to reach them The curtain cords in our bedroom were in need of repair. |

great location Overrated. Old fashioned decor, no mini bar in the room, very uncomfortable bed and pillows, poor quality of soaps and champoo in badroom. |

It was very noisy even during night. May be it is because we stayed in a room next to the reception. It was really annoying. |

Very comfortable , excellent breakfast, convenience to city centre The shower gel, liquid soap and shampoo were much too high and I was unable to use them properly, very annoying. |

Staff were friendly and so helpful. Location is excellent. Breakfast excellent. Parking a big bonus and staff very helpful in fitting everyone into the small lot. Luas outside the door big bonus for getting around south side of the city. Hotel is tired around the edges, although very beautiful. Rooms on 3rd floor are small and front rooms very noisy. Back room fine. 1st floor rooms the best |
