Hotel Hayden's znajduje się w Ballinasloe, w którym odbywają się największe w Europie targi koni October Fair. Nice comfortable Hotel with friendly staff. Good value for money in an old world look. Location was ideal for my business trip. Would stay there again sometime hopefully.

value for money,comfortable clean bed/linen,heat welcoming .A good overall atmosphere.hearty cooked breakfast. slow service at breakfast-----no cereal offered by foreign waitress who did not appear to understand our request or want to . Pleasant young male busy ------waited 20 minutes for fry to be served i.e after order taken .Why not self service life other hotels? Requested twin room but not informed of its availability until check-in

Whilst the hotel rooms are showing signs of tiredness, the warmth and friendliness of the staff more than make up for the fact the room refurbs are overdue. All staff were so friendly - couldn't do enough for us Everywhere was a little too warm to be comfortable

i stayed at hayden on the 7 october 2011 the staff where great very friendly and helpful,the room was clean apart from the cups but it didnt bother me , the beds where comfy had a good nite sleep, breakfast was great loved the food, would stay here again .

The food in the restaurant was excellent as was the service. The bar was fun and catered for everyone's choice of drinks. Overall very good value for money.

Leaving the hotel. Probably worst hotel I ever stayed in because of poor quality beds Poor food. Poor cleanliness of rooms. I remember haydens in my youth and it had a good standard. What happened ???

I liked the Hayden's Hotel it is located at the top of the main st.Ballinasloe with good parking The Hotel is excellent good atmosphere good food and good entertainment in the bar at night and excellent service I enjoyed my stay at Hayden's Hotel. I didn't find anything wrong about the hotel.

The room was clean, very basic but clean (room 384). The staff were lovely and professional. and were very obliging especially when we needed to change from a double to a twin room. No Airconditioning, had window open all night an it was still sweltering. also the toilet took about 1.5 hours to refill per flush, which was a bit awkward when sharing with a friend.

It was close to where I wanted to go I.e a funeral near Kilconnell, The attention of the waiting staff to the customer was very lacking. Tables left with used delf and cutlery for a very long period even though at the time the dining area was not very busy. The same thing that evening in the foyey where we sat with last customers dirty cups, saucers, plates ,cutlery for 2 hours before being taken away. In the carvery area next day only 1 person trying to serve the Deli area and the hot food area. Seems to be short staffed and not trained. Its a pity, because this hotel used to have a good reputation.

The Bar and Foyer area really spacious and relaxing. Staff were really friendly. Had booked room with double and sinngle bed but allocated room only had a double bed. Rooms a bit dated looking. Bar staff also loook after reception which can cause delays.

Very good breakfast, coked fresh not left over. The room I stayed in was in the front of the hotel I did not get sleep until after 5am as the noise outside was deafing. There was shouting & people running up & down the street. The mini bus engine was running and trying to get people in to take them home. Without being a spoilt sport I did not sleep a wink and was exhausted leaving on Sun morning.
