good price nice location
heating of the rooms was not good
I arrived at "B&B" and there wasn't anybody. Later: I had booked a twin room; they gave me a double room. I had to appeal to booking.com costumer service, then they gave me a aditional single room with the sink clogged. Amateur service. Stay away!!!
Dirty, not cleaned daily, and even in many days . Too expensive for what it offers , stained sheets , bathroom dusty ... not recommend
I stayed here with my girlfriend on a visit to Waterford. The rooms were spacious, clean and comfortable. The staff, particularly Graham, were eager to please and always friendly. I wouldn't think twice about staying here again and would definitely recommend the place to anyone needing accommodation for a short trip to Waterford
Good value, friendly staff
In room above dining room, we were woken by clattering if pots and pans
Only accept cash for payment. Microwaved breakfast. Slightly run-down feel to the place. A bit old-fashioned. Don't imagine it gets too much repeat business.
Nice room size, fine en suite, great town with more than Waterford Crystal to see. The waterfront, the Viking Triangle, the mail churches, the Museum and, of course, you must tour Waterford Crystal. Easy to find - it's a near a McDonald's. Look for the golden arches and then Hazelbrook. Food excellent.

Nothing to dislike
Bed comfortable and bedding looked clean. Welcoming hosts with good advice given on places to visit, routes to take. Walkable to centre of town. Cooked breakfast OK, good variety of cereals, fruit, yogurt.
Parking available but limited. Cleanliness not always good, small things like dirty cups in room not removed or replaced some days, coffee container disgusting, hit and miss with replacement of breakfast items. Water provided in a decanter but don't know how fresh - should be sealed bottled water. Cold room, musty smelling wardrobe.
It is close to main attractions in Waterford
Could use a small table and chair in room. Uncomfortable trying to use a laptop on bed. TV reception was poor was an old unit.
Greeting was warm and friendly. Room was adequate and clean. Breakfast was well cooked and tasty
Totally inadequate car-parking. In fact some guests had to park on the busy main road. Sound insulation almost none existent and noisy guests coming in at all-hours, with doors banging. I don't normally moan but getting a decent night's sleep here seems to be virtually impossble. You have to fit into a time slot for breakfast, otherwise they don't seem to be able to cope.
We were warmly welcomed into the B&B. We were given a wonderful recommendation as to where to eat that was within walking distance from B&B. The room was very clean and homey. Our questions were graciously answered re: the location and easiest route to areas in city. Parking was available onsite. The breakfast was delicious and the dining area was very nice.
Everything was superb....Lovely room...Great Breakfast too
Made very welcome, comfortable bedroom and excellent breakfast, in very pleasant surroundings.
Had trouble connecting to wifi, but that was not that important in the scheme of things.
We were greeted by Hazel and soon met the whole family, who were charming and extremely accommodating, allowing us to use their patio on a lovely night. Rooms older, but clean and comfortable. Walkable to the city centre.
Choice of breakfast
Not as flexible as other b & b. TV needs upgrading.
we sleep on the backside of the house. very good breakfast and kindly owners
the busy road
Fantastic breakfast selection, nothing was too much trouble.
Car parking was a bit of a squeeze, but this is only a very minor issue.
Really comfortable, everything you needed and more. Brilliant location for my visit. Lovely family atmosphere would definitely return :O)
Friendly and welcoming owners
John and Margo made us very welcome. We were pleased to have free wifi provided. The breakfast was good with plenty of little extras to tempt us. Comfortable room.
Parking a bit of a problem when guest house was full but plenty of on road spaces, if necessary.
- En suite bathroom to the room - Breakfast very nice - Good suggestion for a short sightseeing trip (to the beach)
- Beds were a bit to hard for our liking
