Βρισκόταν σε καλό κεντρικό σημείο. Ηταν ασφαλές, αφού υπήρχε άνθρωπος στην είσοδο μέχρι αργά το βράδυ και έλεγχε τους εισερχόμενους. Οπωσδήποτε την καθαριότητα τόσο στα δωμάτια όσο και στον χώρο της τραπεζαρίας. Να καθαρίσουν και το πάρκιν τουλάχιστον από τα άχρηστα στρώματα και άλλα αντικείμενα. |

good stay well placed hotel clean room, very secure receptionist when first arrived was very aprupt but otherstaff were all very friendly |

The staff were very friendly and the breakfast fine.At 60 euro a night it would have been ok but not 80. Not value for money - comfort wise. Room small and right at the top of the house with no lift. We did ask for a lower floor but hotel staff said that Booking.com did not pass on that information. |

nothing when i checked in they said that they did not receive the booking from you and i was giving a smaller room with a double bed instead of 2 twin bed. I had my 12 yr old daughter with me. I booked the hotel 2 months in advance to take my daughter to a concert. There was no heating turned on in the room, it was october a and i could hear water running into the tank in the attic above us all night. |

situated in the City centre it is not really a hotel, it is an easy to find overnight stay |

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful and the breakfast was delicious with plenty to choose from. It was located close to the city centre (5 min walk to O'connell st), shops, restaurants, bus services etc. The room we stayed in (at the front of the hotel) could be noisy at and during the night as the window was not double glazed and the hotel is on a busy road but it did not spoil our stay in the slightest. The curtain was too short for the window and resulted in a draught but again not troublesome enough to complain about. We were more than happy with the room and facilities |

We spent as much time as possible out of our room / hotel. I appreciate that we paid relatively low room rate, but there is no excuse for Hazelbrook giving us a dirty small room which did not match your description at all. |

Nice staff and good breakfast. Good lokation in the middle of dublin. Not so much trafficnoice during the night. The room was very small for a twoperson-room. So small that it was hard to fit in the suitcases. But we maniged. |

It was close to town centre Didnt like the fact you could hear other guests in there rooms. Quite noisy at night. |

The hotel was all right but they did change our tv remote so the television did not work when we got in on Friday night although it had worked in the afternoon. |
