The overall status of the room and facilities. It is clean, and location within the centre is good for the tourists. Generally speaking - no, the ratio quality-price is satisfactory for a short stay. Perhaps sometimes the admin personnel could be more attentive to the clients |

I thought Hazelbrook House was value for money and in close proximity to the shops. |

Some equipment did not work - e.g. TV (although I didn't really want to use it) |

friendly staff and a great shower. beds were old and uncomfortable to sleep on. Our room was 22. We had the car park outside our window, which was also the place where people went to smoke. There was a constant traffice going out to smoke and constant banging of the fire exit door. Very anoying. |

Staff were friendly & helpful, great breakfast, walking distance from Croke Park, quad room at a very reasonable rate. It can be very difficult to get quad rooms Carpets were vey stained and ther was a smell of smoke in our room. Secure Parking was available but the cars were all parked in one after another so you hade to wait for the cars that were blocking you to move before you could get out. You also had to leave your keys at reception so that they could move your car if necessary. |

Again, your staff was wonderful and they made us feel at home. They met our needs and assisted with directions and information. |

The location was good. Some staff were good, some were completely useless and sometimes slightly rude. The breakfast was mediocre at best. The room was not cleaned daily, and not even cleaned well between stays. It was a place to sleep at night and nothing beyond that. |

the staff were very friendly and polite. we did have a problem with our room but this was sorted and the manageress apologised. the breakfast was good. the rooms were very roomy and beds comfortable. would definately stay there again and recommend it to others. the problem we had was the room was very cold and the window would not shut properly. the shower also flooded. but as i stated above, the manageress was very apologetic and refunded us some money. apart from that it was a very enjoyable stay. |

The property was central and easy to find. Staff were friendly & helpful. Good breakfast. Our room was dark & didn't have any individual bedside lights. There was no lock on the bathroom door. Together with other friends we booked 3 triples but all rooms had at least 4 beds. If we'd known we could have just booked 2 rooms & saved money. |
