The overnight staff were very helpful, the day staff a little more abrupt. It was a convenient location for the city centre. Rooms were basic but clean. Beds comfortable. There was no lift for the rooms on the 3rd floor and we had heavy luggage. There was no bath. It was noisy with traffic as it was on a main street |

The only positive about Hazelbrook house was its location. The rest was horrible and we would never ever stay there again. Everything was pretty dirty, we have received a key from a room which was occupied and reception didn't know about it, staff is foreign and barely speaks English, the rest doesn't understand a word. Clean towels get thrown on the filthy carpet before get folded and put as clean into the rooms, we had to carry our towels into the room cause it was too high for the staff to go there again...... At the breakfast we had some used up knifes with some dried butter on it....... Skipped the breakfast after looking into the 'fresh made' coffee..........So if you really want to enjoy Dublin do not stay at this accommodation! |

Excellent location for sight seeing in Dublin - Good breakfast. Secure parking No lift - had to carry our heavy bags up 6 flights of steep stairs (2 middle aged women) |

Everything i really needed was there - hot shower, good breakfast, great location, free luggage room, city map, friendly stuff :) I strongly believe that i got everything i paid for and even more because this hotel was exactly what i needed - a place to sleep at night and leave my stuff at day, close to shopping street and everything else A bit hard to find if you check-in at night because there are so many hostels on that street and the name is written with golden letters on red background, first room was somehow shabby, a bit noisy but it was not a big problem (for me) |

Staff friendly and helpful, food good and freshly prepared and served in a efficiently and friendly manner. Room numbers were not in sequence making it difficult at first to find your room. |

Was well situated The breakfast was very disappointing, definitely not "irish" as advertised. The room was a bit noisy with a very busy road right outside and there was no safety bars at the very big window so made it very dangerous when open |

This budget accommodation is just off Dublin’s O' Connell Street and close to the main train station. It is a 10-minute walk from Temple Bar and Trinity College. |
The Castle Hotel is an elegant Georgian building in Dublin city centre, 2 minutes' walk from O'Connell Street and 10 minutes from Temple Bar, Croke Park and the main shopping district. |
A few minutes’ walk from Dublin city centre, this tastefully decorated and beautifully restored Georgian townhouse offers good-value en suite accommodation and a warm welcome. |
This is a wonderful 2-star hotel housed within 2 Georgian buildings in the city centre; a merging of the Othello Guesthouse and Maples Hotel to offer almost 40 rooms. |
