We spent as much time as possible out of our room / hotel. I appreciate that we paid relatively low room rate, but there is no excuse for Hazelbrook giving us a dirty small room which did not match your description at all. |

Nice staff and good breakfast. Good lokation in the middle of dublin. Not so much trafficnoice during the night. The room was very small for a twoperson-room. So small that it was hard to fit in the suitcases. But we maniged. |

It was close to town centre Didnt like the fact you could hear other guests in there rooms. Quite noisy at night. |

Relatively central location. Friendly & welcoming staff. O'shea's restaurant/bar close by. No lift to upper floors - we were on 4th floor and even as a non-smoker I was out of breath upon reaching our room. |

A dreadfully uncomfortable bed. Reported next day but nothing done to make it any better. Was advised that new mattress was on order. Was also told I could not be moved as there was nothing else available. A very bad attitude regarding this - basically take it or leave it |

Friendly reception staff. Convenient location. 24 hour reception. Staff allowed us to leave our luggage after checkout and collect it later. Breakfast was a bit limited. Our room was right at the carport so it was noisy and we could smell the staff cigarette smoke. |
