The staff could act nicer... I was given a room on the top floor which was very hard to get to with my heavy luggage. No noise insulation to the corridor, could hear my neighbors fighting very loud, the hotel staff had to go to tell them to be quiet or leave the premises. When I arrived there very many, although polite, construction men painting the corridors. There were just no signs which wall was freshly painted, so when I got to my room with my luggage on the narrow staircase, I touched one of the walls, resulting in a totally white back on my jacket. Luckily I got most of it washed away!
Perfect place to crash for a night or two if you get a good deal like me.The location is excellent, right opposite the stop of the bus from the airport. Walking distance to many sights, and many pubs and shops around. Wifi worked well. Very basic rooms, but they work. Shower was good, the shower head didn't have to be held in hand. The taps on the sink on the other hand were the typical Irish/British style with two separate taps for hot and cold. Very inconvenient. I could leave my luggage in their luggage room for the day after my check-out which was nice, because I was only heading to Limerick late in the evening.
