Set within 5 adjoining Georgian townhouses, this charming hotel has a privileged position in the heart of central Dublin, with some rooms overlooking the famous Trinity College.

Convenient to downtown Dublin.
No lift to upper floors, small dingy room, only one electrical outlet, rustic and Spartan at best.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. Rooms were vaery spacious and comfy. Stayed with a group of friends and had a great stay in Dublin. Would definately recommend.
The location of the guest house was good and friendly staff. The good internet access in the bedroom and the luggage locker.
The bedroom was really tiny for two persons. The shower door didn't fit properly.
The room was tiny and on the very top floor and the noise all night was terrible
Staff was not very helpful
Hotel was in a good location and excellent value for money. Would recommend it to most people!
Close to bus stop for airport
No lamps in room - just an overhead fixture Four flights of stairs to room (no lift) NO TOP SHEET - just a duvet No A/C - just a window that could be opened, but lots of street noise. Sketchy neighborhood - bus driver told us to "mind your pocketbooks" No breakfast
Nicely decorated and clean room. Staff were friendly and helpful.
No dining facilities - no breakfast option. Room overlooked street, without a translucent curtain. (I had to close the heavy curtains to change clothes).
Staff friendly and helpful .Towels c hanged daily Public areas clean. Outside patio area ideal for smokers.
some of the decor could do with painting as our room had the colour showing through and the top of the wall had not been painted at all. No bedside lamps. shower soap empty .Room looked clean but for cup stains on window ledge and popcorn in one of the drawers.no wardrobe just hooks on the wall.
The day time staff were excellent the property was clean as were the rooms.
If there was a fire, there was only one narrow stair exit in and out. I asked for an early morning call 3-40am but did not receive, when I got down stairs I said to the person I was to get an early call and all she said was " yes I know " and laughed about it. If my phone alarm had not wakened I could have missed my plane.
staff went out of their way to be very friendly and accomodating
rooms could be a bit larger
Had no internet in the room. Lock was broken - spent 5 minutes trying to lock the door. No lift or staff to help carry the bags up the stairs Hair on the bathroom floor
Good location, friendly staff. The airlink bus stop is a few steps away. It was quiet at night. The shower worked well (unlike other comments say).
There was no shower soap. The wiki was terrible from the room. We found some rubbish from a previous guest under the bed.
The room was cheap and acceptable for the stay - no frills but was not over priced so there was value for money. It was clean with no real issues
Although we booked nearly a year in advance for 2 twin rooms they placed as in a family room as all other rooms were sold out - so my booking didn't seem to have counted
Pair of soiled womens pants behind the bed. Room cramped, no chairs and toilet tiny making it difficult to sit on toilet. Shower very small. No breakfast included in £150 per night charge. .
In my opinion this place is really good staff is really helpful and nice also location of Hazelbrook House is good as well room was clean and nice.
damp in toilet/ smell of damp
comfortable beds, clean room location, tea coffee in room
The staff were very good. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable.
Several little problems. The room doorknob was cheap and hard to lock. The main light in the room (room 20) was on a faulty circuit (needed to switch on and off a few times to get the light on or off). There wasn't much warm water for the morning shower. The tv was small and the remote was faulty. The walls were thin and unluckily for me (though this is hardly the guesthouse's fault) there were several Tipperary fans in high spirits with more than a bit of drink in them singing late at night and early in the morning. None of this bothered me hugely - I was looking for somewhere simple and clean on a budget. I am not convinced that this was good value for money though.
Rooms incredibly small and cramped. No wardrobes! Thin walls -- adjacent rooms noisy. No food available. No lounge, only a foyer. Suitable only for a backpacker for 1 night. My daughter and I had 3 nights............
Very friendly staff + in a great location. Considering our group of our friends were quite drunk and made a fair bit of noise, the staff were more than polite and fair with us.
The breakfast that we had paid for wasnt available due to the kitchen being out of action. We had to go to another guesthouse down the street, albeit this was free of charge
The staff were lovely, the place was a nice simple place (no major frills) that is reasonably priced - during the week.
The price skyrocketed during the weekend.
Comfy beds, great location, cheap price, friendly staff. Would definitely come and stay here
Location, 4 beds in the room, tea and coffee
Not very clean, breakfast not included, tv reception awful- all snowy, no side lamps for individual reading, nowhere to put your stuff in the bathroom.
Staff was polite. Location was good.
No WiFi Bathroom facilities weren't good. Shower didn't work well. Towels were missing, had to call staff to get them brought up.
Excellent staff. We arrived early in the morning and they worked so hard to get our room ready for us before checkin time cause they knew how exhausted and tired we were. So lovely!
