This was my second stay at the Hotel within the past two weeks. I had business in the area and the hotel was very suitable - and very comfortable. |

I liked the friendliness of the Staff, both at Reception and in the Dining Room. They did give me a room far away from the Disco - but they ould not prevent the kids from gathering under my window when they came out of the Disco!!! |

The staff are wonderful, so helpful, caring & nothing was too much trouble for them. On Thursday 12th September, I could hear music & noise into the early hours of the morning which woke me up about 3 times. I suspect this was coming from a nightclub? |

A pretty good market town hotel. The bar and restaurant areas are ok, if a little old-fashioned, but the rooms have been fairly recently refurbished and were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

Friendly, helpful staff and modern accommodations. The restaurant next door was excellent, although somewhat crowded on a holiday weekend. There was a rather loud, and not very good, band performing in the lounge the night we stayed. It could be heard in the bed rooms. |

It's a good place to spend some nights. The city is beautiful and the hotel is good locateed. Everything was good, but they had no records of our booking, so it caused a missunderstood, but we hope everything is now in order, because we don't wanna see a double payment in our VISA. |

Very pleasant staff. Upon our late arrival we received a very warm welcome. We only stayed one night but would have had no hesitation in staying long if time permitted. Would definately recomend the hotel particularly for value for money |

The Headfort Arms was a lovely hotel to stay in - clean, comfortable and with very friendly, helpful staff. My room was spacious, very well laid out and tastefully decorated. The breakfast was excellent. The hotel was also very well located and had a very pleasant atmosphere. I would thoroughly recommend it. |

The staff were fantastic, particularly at reception. The room was very comfortable, providing free bottled water etc. In general our stay was excellent, as good as anywhere in recent memory. |

The hotel was clean and tidy on arrival with pleasant staff on duty. The bedroom was excellent, clean and comfortable. Breakfast was disappointing. It was served in a windowless side room off the main bar and not the diningroom. Staff were pleasant but quality of cooked breakfast disappointing - like it had been sitting around since breakfast began and was not freshly cooked. The previous evening I asked at 11pm would it be possible to order a sandwich at the bar and I was told no there was nobody to make it! |
