Headfort Arms Hotel  

From the moment we entered Headfort Arms the staff were very welcoming. They went out of their way to make us comfortable. The restaurant food was excellent and the early bird special is great value.

Everything was excellent - 11 out of 10. The staff were also really friendly and very helpful

everything about the hotel staff lovely and friendly except for the rude receptionist who we met on the night we arrived.

Myself and my Mother and my Brother booked the Headford for one night to attend a funeral locally,it was a good experience and the hotel staff were lovely .Would stay there again for a leisure trip though.

Car park behind the house was a bit narrow and small but OK.

The breakfast and breakfast area was a bit dated. The noise of the pub entertainment can be heard in the rooms. No pool or leisure centre

Recently attended a family wedding and stayed at the hotel.We throughly enjoyed our stay.It was very comfortable cosy and friendly. The breakfast was delicious and the staff very professional.

The only thing spoiling our visit was be overcharged on our bill,which after pointing out to staff was soon rectified.It pays to check all bills!!!!!!!

Staff welcome very friendly and informative relating to room, reception excellent. Late checkout given without a moments thought very much appreciated with younger children.Very clean hotel and breakfast provided in room excellent.

Unclear breakfast routine , cooked breakfast very greasy and staff unattentive, cold coffee served.One of the staff seemed to be in a bad mood and made it quite clear to diners.We had 2 rooms booked and nightclub noise kept 1 of the room occupants up till it closed not good at all.Spa unable to carry out treatments offered in leaflet ie spraytan.

Very good hotel in the center of a pleasant Irish heritage town. All facilities available, including a restaurant and also the bar next door (owned by the hotel) with good bar-food. Comfortable room, with comfortable bed and nice sized bathroom. Good parking facilities in back of the hotel. I'll certainly go back again the next time we're in the area.

Room 26 was on the small side but ample for our short stay.

The loud "music" from the function room also the sounding of the fire alarm at 00.30 hrs.

Staff were very helpful and friendly.

My husband and i stayed at the this hotel for a midweek break . I found all the staff very friendly , the Hotel room was clean and comfortable, the food was excellent and reasonably priced . in all i would definitely recommend it.

the staff at reception were very frendily.

the room was old fashioned an small. the hot tap at sink in bathroom only ran hot or scalding water . no cold . not very safe when u have a 10 year old with u. .

Family Run

We had a room on the third floor and it was 4am on the Saturday night when we finally got to sleep

I loved the atmosphere of the hotel generally. Food was excellent & staff very friendly.

Nothing unpleasant occurs to me.
