Het Headfort Arms Hotel wordt door een familie beheerd en ligt in het hart van de Boyne-vallei. Het biedt een voortreffelijk restaurant en een ontspannende spa. Het centrum van Dublin ligt op 1 uur rijden. Het Headfort Arms biedt ruime, prachtig ingerichte kamers, die allemaal voorzien zijn van eigen, hedendaagse badkamers. Ze hebben tevens een plasmatelevisie en gratis WiFi. Dineer in restaurant Vanilla Pod, dat een menu met lokale, organische producten biedt. De Kelltic Bar is een gezellige Ierse pub met een levendige sfeer. De uitnodigende lounge heeft een open haard. De fantastische medewerkers zijn vriendelijk en gastvrij. gratis en eenvoudig internet op kamer, wat belangrijk is voor mijn werk. tamelijk warm op de kamer; het was natuurlijk mooi zomerweer...

Prettige centrale ligging ten opzichte van het dorp. Prima verzorgde eigen parkeergelegenheid in een verder sterk gereguleerde parkeergebied. Pittoresk gebouw, binnen en buiten. Er is een goed overigens vrij duur restaurant gevestigd.Zeer ruime en gezellige lounge bar. Nette en compleet uitgevoerde kamers. Het kan er op sommige momenten van de dag vrij druk worden. Het hotel/restaurant/bar/spa enz is een ondoorgrondelijk doolhof van trappen, liften, doorsteekjes en klapdeuren. Maakt niet uit maar je kan er nogal mee in de weer zijn!

Booked at last minute as we decided to stay an extra night in Meath. Hotel was fantastic the rooms were beautifully decorated and very comfortable we were raging that we had a function to attend so couldn't just enjoy the hotel and its comforts. The hotel is perfectly situated in the main st of the town and has free parking. We will definately be back. Some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier though. Just a minor thing although one i feel should never be an issue was some of the staff could have been a bit friendlier.

I thought the security in the hotel was quiet good. The noise level was the worst I've ever experienced. The music from the night club might as well have been in the room with us and we did not get an ounce of sleep. Very disappointing as we were competing in a competition the next day and arrived the day before so that we could get a good nights sleep. Bad choice

Very friendly and helpful staff. Room very neat and clean. Good secure parking. Breakfast was also very good with a wide choice. A bit noisy on the night I stayed when the disco ended

Staff were friendly and helpful. Food was reasonably priced in the Bar and was excellent. Room was comfortable and clean with nice decor. Room we were in was 1st floor number 22 we could feel vibrations from the nightclub.

The breakfast was lovely plenty of choice, the hotel was lovely and clean. We were there for a birthday, there was not much to do in Kells. I found it very cold in the room.

We had our nephews christening in the golf club so we all decided to stay over night and we are delighted we did, the hotel was very inviting and staff were all friendly. The bedroom catered for myself, my husband and 2 children, there was plenty of space, the room was spotless, the bathroom was a great size and also very clean and the beds were fantastic, we all had an amazing sleep. I would stay again in a heartbeat and I will be recommending this hotel to all my family and friends, :)

Not very impressive from the outside but a very warm welcome inside , pleasant staff. Well appointed bedroom. Freshly cooked breakfast , no queing etc. I would highly recommend the hotel.

We stayed on business for 4 nights and tried all the different bars/ restaurants. The food was fantastic and the atmosphere was great. The serving/bar staff throughout all areas of the hotel were very friendly & helpful. Breakfast - 10/10

We really enjoyed our stay at the Headfort arms on our golfing trip to the Headfort golf club. The staff were very freindly and helpfull. The rooms were top class and very clean. Had dinner at the kelltic bar at the hotel every evening of our stay as it was top class Will be back again and for any golfers the new course at Headfort g c is one of the best in the country

Very friendly and relaxed, easy to approach you felt like one of the family. Food and drink was great everyone seemed to be catered for both young and old. The disco on the Saturday was a bit loud and went on a bit late so we didn't have a very good nights sleep, but it wasn't that bad and when we mentioned it in the morning the front desk was very apologetic and we were moved to a quiter room for the remainder of our stay
