only stayed one night but staff very helpful. I liked the spaciousness and comfort in the groundfloor area and my bedroom was very good.
everything was good.
I really like the location of the hotel, it's in my favorite spot of Dublin. The housekeeping department was very good too, every day our room looked like new and every time we needed something they attended to it asap. Thank you!
What I was very surprised with was the attitude we got from some of the staff. I'm used to staying at hotels that are popular amongst older travelers, I like my comfort and a bit of style, hence I chose this hotel. But since night no 1, staff was constantly reminding us that we really didn't belong there. I was really disappointed as I lived in the city for 8 years, worked in the hospitality business and stayed at a several Dublin hotels and never felt like this.
Would have liked to be able to make a cup of tea in the room, instead of ordering room service
The room was very spacious and modern , Very close to the City Centre
Having a surcharge on the parking , Breakfast should be included in the rate
The staff was incredibly friendly, particularly Domitalia. They were all so helpful with all of our questions about the city and out stay.
Location to RDS
Aircon was very noisy but room was so hot so didn't get much sleep
Very pleasant Receptionists were excellent
Staff in suit jackets couldn't understand our orders. Same staff were possibly the slowest staff I've ever seen, it was actually uncomfortable how slow they were!
ReceptionI still was nice
Having to pay for parking was a bit ridiculous. First hotel I have stayed in a long time that did not validate my parking. Also rooms were very stuffy
Staff staff staff Room Location
Air conditioning vent on room very noise, as a result I didn't sleep well
This is a very spacious and comfortable hotel, extremely convenient for this visiting the RDS
The lack of tea/coffee making facilities
staff were excellent very clean room very nice hotel so relaxing
having to leave bar menu was expensive
Location, cleanliness and comfort
Absence of tea- and coffee-making facilities in room. Refuse to pay 3 euro 50 for what is free in every other hotel I've stayed in in Ireland
Decor of bar and lobby, really nice rooms.
Breakfast was too expensive.
The quality of the food and the excellent service from the staff in the lounge made our late arrival on a wet night a pleasure.
The breakfast is too expensive
location is really good Hotel was quiet Parking was safe and reasonable at €10 per day Room was lovely & clean and sheets were changed each day.
Normally stay in a different hotel in Ballsbridge when in Dublin but I decided to book this hotel as a special treat. I expected it to be much more luxurious and was pretty disappointed. Its a very modern hotel and it felt clinical and cold. Reception, bar, lobby & restaurant layout not good as its just one big open space with very bright lighting in bar area even late at night not very cosy or relaxing. I was really surprised that the restaurant was not open on a Friday night in August we ate in the bar instead it was ok nothing special. Breakfast very expensive at €19 pp plus €6.50pp extra to have it in your room. Items in the mini bar were very expensive
Room needs updating shower curtain spills water onto bathroom floor
Location is excellent, staff are very helpful and efficient and the rooms extremely comfortable. Always stay here if possible.
Not too fond of the €10 overnight parking charge.
comfortable beds, clean room, location is great
Very Expensive Breakfast
Have stayed a few times and I am always impressed by the staff's professionalism and friendliness
Good location, excellent customer service
Everything from arrival to departure,
Location to bars deli shops.
Unpleasant reception on arrival
Helpful friendly staff, bright comfortable, well serviced quiet room, proximity to Herbert Park.
Paying 10 euros per day for car parking.
Lovely room, comfortable bed, good service
Noisy jet lagged Americans having a loud conversation outside my room and waking me up at 3.00 am. I opened the door and didn't say anything, but they got the hint! Not the hotels fault, but still annoying. Ask for a room at the end of the corridor
