food and friendly staff
expensive pillows stained inside cover
Great spot for the rugby in aviva. The staff in the hotel know how to work with big crowds in a no fuss way. Enjoyed extra stations tv cover in room.
The wi-Fi did not let me download a radio station connection .
Well maintained & spotlessly clean.
€280 plus parking is too expensive.
The welcome of the receptionist, she was friendly and very kind.
I have nothing to comment on.
Friendlily helpful staff good food and service Quiet Room very comfy bed
Plenty of staff offering good service
Add on car park charges
Great location as we were going to the Aviva Stadium for an international rugby match. Were only there for one night didn't use the fitness facilities, so cannot comment on them.
As always on match days, hotel more expensive than on a regular Saturday night. (Almost double the rate). Would be great if hotels didn't take advantage of the increase in demand for sporting/concert events but guess that's the way it will always be!!
Excellent location - spacious comfortable room
Air conditioning - it was a cold night and it kept blowing out cold air despite my attempts to adjust it.
Nice park next door Helpful room service
Terrible Wifi, difficult with many devices Charging extra for coffee Charging extra for breakfast No tea or coffee in the room No balcony (or even the ability to open a window properly) Charging 16eur for a AC adapter (!!) Rude receptionist
Very expensive for extras
I like that the quality and price are consistent at this hotel. The bar food is excellent and the location and comfort are great.
Cleanliness and location
Unfriendly, unhelpful staff. On two occasion both in the bar and the restaurant I was presented with my bill before I had even eaten! Very inflexible policy over date change Completely lacking in any atmosphere which perhaps could be attributed to rude unhappy looking staff. I stay in Dublin on business >25-30 nights per year and would never choose to stay here again. Very disappointing.
Great breaky, dinner in restaurant excellent, staff very friendly, courteous and extremely helpful. Service was Grand. A great stay.
Notea and coffee facilities in the room. Walls paper thin so could hear everything next door. Towels poor quality. Hairdryer kept cutting out. Carpet was dirty. WIFI didn't work properly and lost e-mail coverage for two days. Night manager was sarcastic and rude. Wouldn't stay there again!
I like that we stay here all the time and find the hotel clean and comfortable
I didn't like that all of our special requests were ignored despite booking months ago. The room we got was not nice so I was disappointed about that. Plus a receptionist called Michael was unpleasant when we called with an inquiry.
No kettle in room is a deal breaker for not staying again .
The staff from the minute we arrived untill we left
There was nothing, can't wait to go back
The wifi was free through out my stay and worked well. the staff were helpful and accommodating. The location is great, close to town- about 5€ in a taxi.
Breakfast was a bit disappointing.
Good location, directly across from the RDS. Big beds and comfortable.
Rooms not overly noise proof could hear the people next door. Could be better sign posted as we took a wrong turn a few times trying to get to the car park.
Location was convenient to where I wanted to be in Dublin... Hotel itself was very clean and well furnished
Staff were quite rude and customer service seemed to be at the lower end of their priorities... Charging €50 for a late checkout is a bit excessive especially when I doubt very much there was a demand on the room for a Tuesday night... As a participant in the Dublin marathon yesterday they were very unaccommodating when it came to trying to organise an early breakfast.. I was curtly told that breakfast was at 8am.. With a 9am marathon start this was simply not feasible... Advertising therefore a "marathon rate special"is misleading as they had no intention of catering for the many marathon runners who were staying in the hotel... No kettle in the room very poor...extra charges for everything incl. tea/coffee service, late checkout, newspaper etc really put a dampener in my whole experience.. Will certainly never stay here again.. A 4star hotel that has terrible notions about itself but then cheapens itself with its poor customer service and minimalistic value for money..
Location was fantastic and yet hotel is very quiet and restful.
Friendly very helpful and a great location for the RDS
