Lovely spacious apartment. Very convenient for the LUAS Tram into the city. Apartment was on the 4th floor and the lift was not working for the duration of the stay. Did not need to use the gym to keep fit!! |

The apartment was very spacious. It was in a very convenient location for getting into the city centre: the Luas tram line stopped outside and it was also possible to walk. The kitchen was not very well equipped - no corkscrew! |

Our first positive impression was the kindness and the efficiency of the staff. Then, the spotless apartment. It was very spacious, bright and had good views. It was well furnished in all areas, i.e. sitting, bedroom, kitchen and had efficient and clean bathrooms. The other advantage of this apartment was the excellent location. The beautiful Luas (Tram service) is literally outside the main entrance. This means that in less than ten minutes we were in the city centre. Good close by underground parking. There are also a good Centra shop, Butcher's, Restaurant, etc, about ten minutes walk away. Shortly put: Excellent apartment, perfect location, great staff. |

I liked the newness of the kitchen facilities and the cleanliness of the apartment and the people were friendly and understanding. Had to pay to use the pool (not clear at booking), had to pay for new/clean towels during the week(not clear), no soap available, was much farther than described to the city center, was in a physical environment that was not well described, was noisy outside, layout of apartment was awkward and decor stark and not warm. We left after taxi driver said the area was unsafe at night and said we should not walk around there. |

Very good location near the centre and really close to Fatima train station, good comfort and safe environment. Cleaning before arrival could have been better. |

Great value and great location...right across from a metro stop. City was easily accessible within 10 minutes. Stayed in 3 bedroom apt and the rooms were spacious with nice kitchen appliances. Staff bent over backwards to helps us obtain an extra babycot, i.e. they went and bought one...it was nice to see great customer service. Beds weren't too comfortable |

The apartments offered great value for money and were spacious for 6 people. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The apartments are a short tram ride from the city centre and the facilities are not all up and running at this moment in time. The location is not the safest and would not recommend it for couples. We were told several times from taxi drivers that it is a dangerous part of the city, however we came across no trouble and it does look like the are is under development. Perfect for those travelling in a group. |

Apartment very short walk to LUAS which took us straight to the town centre. Swimming Pool and Gym that we could avail of for a charge was next door and was excellent. Apartment had everything that was advertised and staff on reception were always on hand to help. Secure car park is excellent and gives you peace of mind. When we arrived shortly after 3pm on Sunday apartment was not ready for us however the cleaning etc was done for around 3.45pm so not too much of a wait. Secure car park was not well signposted when you parked and tried to get back to reception with your luggage. |

You can go and stay where you wanted, no hurry for your breakfast. A lot of space in the appartment. Nice bedrooms. We would like to check in at 19:00 hr at Saterday, but we could not find the Entry. After we find a guard he showed us the way to the entry. |

I like the warmth of the staff and their kind treatment rendered to us during our stay. On our arrival rooms were not cleaned, but apology was accepted. |

We had a great relaxing stay at the Herberton, the staff are lovely and really helpful. The apartments are clean and spaceous with everything you need for a self-catering break, full kitchen, towels, bedding and loads of channels on the TV including lots of Sky channels. The Luas is just across the road, so very handy for getting around Dublin. I will definately stay there again when I am in Dublin. |

I liked my stay because it was sparse but clean and had everything I wanted: super quiet, washer/dryer, kitchen, free internet, tv, great bathroom. There is a health club with and awesome swim pool that you can go to for 5 euros. The staff is very, very helpful. The phone number in the booking is wrong so email for the right phone number but don't ask them for directions. Their directions to the Apartments suck Liffy water. It took me an hour to find the office person. It is actually easy when you know how. Take the luas to the Fatima station; if by car - either way do this: put your back to the Fatima and face the apartments turn right and take the first left - a road between apartment buildings. The office is one quarter down on the right. |

Close to city The apartment is actually student accomodation. I dont think they have been cleaned since students left. Rooms were very dirty, bathrooms still had a ring in the bath. Internet didnt work, hot water was turned down so low that it didnt work- workers did fix the hot water-they just manually set it higher. Not what wasrepresented in their ad.Pool had a cost to use it |

The Herberton is situated right beside the Luas stop which was a great bonus for us. I did not like our ground floor apartment as there was a lot of unruly and frightening behaviour during the night outside which left us feeling very vulnerable |
