Rooms were very clean and spacious, leisure centre was lovely too. No thermostat in rooms - rooms were very hot during the night. Also walls were very thin could hear everything from next door.

The breakfast The location The room had fresh sticky stains on the carpet The room door did not lock from the inside and as such was faulty We arrived late and were informed that room service ended at 9.30pm. However, this was not noted in the hotel book. The hotel should update it's book so that customers who arrive late know that they will not be able to order food after 9.30pm

Nice room, friendly service, clean and tidy, free Internet. Food ordered in bar was not up to scratch; meat overcooked or reheated too much.

I loved the bedroom it was so spacious, it was like a mini apartment. The bathroom was like a 2 star hotel, ive stayed in 3 star hotels with nicer bathrooms. The reception was a good distance from the car park and if you were back after 11pm you had to walk all the way around to get back in. Also check out is at 12 we only got a voucher to cover parking from 6pm to 10am which makes no sense.

A minor complaint - the room was too warm. It made a little difficult to get a good night's sleep. Probably could have turned down the radiator myself so as I said only a minor complaint.

We loved our room it was enormous and so comfortable with a 2 seater sofa. The Italian meal was wonderful and the staff fantastic and so helpful One thing only but I did address it with the hotel directly and have the confidence it will be dealt with directly. We went for breakfast having never stayed in the hotel before. No one to greet us as we arrived so we had to stand around not sure what to do no sign to say "Please wait to be seated" Eventually we were directed to our seats, asked if we wanted tea or coffee and that was the end of communication. No words like have you eaten here before or any direction as to where the food was. We sat for awhile looking around and eventually were aware it was self service . It was a shame that the incident detracted from all the wonderful service and the caring approach of all the staff we met from reception to the Italiant Restuarant Apart that loved the whole experience.

The location and the price for the in-house event we were attending For a 4-star hotel it is grubby and shabby with carpets that need replacing and walls that need cleaning/touch-ups.

The Front Office Staff were excellent particulary Amanda, the room was really clean quiet and warm. The Food and Beverage Dept were a little understaffed for peak service particularly at breakfast they were very pleasant under pressure.
