Restaurant & Staff The restaurant and Bar of the hotel is advertised as closed on Monday & Tuesday nights. This in fact means in fact that the hotel virtually closes down after breakfast on these days and one has no access to any area other than ones room. This is a very big disadvantage. Otherwise everything is very good. |

The staff were very pleasant, the service was good and the food was very good quality although the menu was quite limited. The room was basic but confortable and clean. |

Excellent dinner experience Hotel was excellent but info could be improved with comment that there is no lift as those with limited mobility, as one of my party had, found the stairs difficult. |

Excellent food Rooms very small, had to let each other by to get to around room. No actual bar/lounge area to sit. Had to go to our room instead |

I liked everything. The staff were lovely and the restaurant was amazing. It is difficult to find both good food and hotel for a reasonable price in this part of the country. Many of the other good hotels charge "London prices". I am thinking of excuses to visit this part of Donegal again so that I can stay at Heron's Cove. |

bon accueil ( le restaurant était fermé pour autant une excellente adresse d'un autre restaurant nous a été donnée) , très confortable difficile à trouver avec vos indications ( l'hotel est plus près de Ballyshannon que de la ville inddiquée) |
