Hilton Dublin Airport  

We had a very spacious room which was very suitable as we had few suitcases with us...the bar had really good atmosphere...

Comfy bed.

It is nowhere near the airport. The transport provided is irregular and you have to pay for it. As we faced a wait of over half an hour we took a taxi from the airport and it cost €15.

The breakfast. Quality of dinner food was good. Huge flat screen television.

Bedding was not clean--most particularly some type of black soil on top of duvet. The general appearance of the room: Not the quality of US Hilton's I've stayed in. Over priced for this particular Hilton. Even though the dinner food was good, it was a bit too pricey.

Nice room and friendly staff.

We had a room on the first floor and right below our room a band played until 1am. We were kept awake and had to get up at 4:30an to catch our flight.

I made my reservation months ago and requested a non-smoking room. I was given a smoking room and told that the hotel was sold out so I would not be given what I had requested. Very smokey and disappointed.

Near public transportation.

Shuttle to the airport was 2 euro. OK, it's not so much, but usually included. They want to charge for internet in the room, which should really be free. If you get the password for free internet at the bar, it also works in your room (at least mine on the 1st floor).

3PM is too late as check in time, it would be better if check in was earlier. Room Prices are a little high. There are so many offers in hotels around the country at the moment that include dinner, drinks etc but we needed to stay in the hilton as it was a family function we went to.

The staff members were excellent from the front desk to the restaurant. We requested a 'wake up call' and it was on time. We didn't even have to seek out a restaurant. The hotel had an excellent one and the food was delicious.

The carpet in the room was stained and the bed springs in the mattress was not comfortable.

An airport hotel that was a little away from the airport noise. Very updated and clean. Shuttle bus drivers were great, friendly and funny.

Air conditioner didn't cool off room very well. Bar drinks ridiculously expensive.

The shower leaked quite a lot onto the bathroom floor. I was in suite 424, which has a shower cubicle.

I like staying at the Hilton hotels because of the comfort, the feather pillows, restaurant on site, and airport shuttle, free wifi and gym.

I did not like the location. It was too far from the airport. Had to pay for the shuttle to take you to the airport. The restaurant had an Indian touch not Irish food. The hotel seemed be under staffed at time.

The staff were so nice - very competent check in and very helpful young server in the restaurant.

The website said the shuttle was free, but it was really 2 euro. Either fix the website or refund my money. Seems a little duplicitious.

The staff were very friendly and the hotel (apart from the restaurant) is good value for money.

We made the mistake of dining in the restaurant. Although the waitress was very nice and the service was very good the food was appalling. Over use of the deep fat fryer,everything tasted frozen- absolutely no flavour.

We liked the staff and the location of the hotel for an early flight from Dublin. Also we ate in the restaurant which was very good as well.

Been woke up an hour earlier than planned by somebody opening the door in the morning! Not having free Wifi in our room

The restaurant/bar was very good with good food and entertainment. The hotel was well appointed, clean and staff were friendly. A modern hotel with closeby shopping and bus services into Dublin city centre.

We had no hot water on a busy cold Sunday morning. Our bill was wrongfully charged with many extras, confused with other guests in the hotel--administration needs a little work. It wasn't "that close" to the airport.

Overall the room was great, clean, when we arrived classical music was playing and we saw our name on the screen welcoming us. The bathtub was amazing as were all the amenities. We also had dinner at the restaurant and the meals were very good and surprisngly cheap.

The double bed was actually just 2 single beds pushed together which made it a little uncomfortable to sleep.
