The hotel was very efficient but also relaxed,service at the bar was friendly.Shuttle bus to airport was perfect. |

Perfect for my needs. Free shuttle to and from airport a huge plus. Comfortable and elegant. Modern amenities. I was charged for the minibar twice, which I did not use. The problem was corrected, but had I not checked my express checkout statement, it might not have. |

Overall, it is very comfortable to stay in Dublin. The price is a bit higher. Unless it is for business, need to consider another hotel if it is paying from your own pocket. Only gym onsite but nothing else. |

Good clean room and friendly staff. cost of internet use and having to pay for parking, based on these factors it would put me off staying here again. We also got a wake up call at 5am! that we did not request. |

Nice comfortable spacious rooms After a late check in the room service meal of spagetti bolognaise was the worst meal i had in a long time.At around 11pm i sat on the bed and it collapsed ot the ground. I rang reception and a friendly porter arrived to see what happened. The person on reception sent us to a smoking room where the smell was disgusting. They told us they had no other rooms.finally got another room after an hour . |

Lentokenttä kuljetus toimii hyvin ja keskustaan pääsee kätevästi bussilla. Minibaariin ei voi laittaa omaa ruokaa. |
