Nice comfortable spacious rooms After a late check in the room service meal of spagetti bolognaise was the worst meal i had in a long time.At around 11pm i sat on the bed and it collapsed ot the ground. I rang reception and a friendly porter arrived to see what happened. The person on reception sent us to a smoking room where the smell was disgusting. They told us they had no other rooms.finally got another room after an hour . |

good bed, pillows, bathroom, nice greeting at check in, upgrade due to gold card, bus driver effieicnt unfriendly restaurant staff, for almost new hotel, it is already starting to show wear & tear |

i loved the comfort which help you to relax and the staff i tought it was quite expensive for the internet service and the resturant in the hotel is way too expensive other wise excellent overall |

Ho apprezzato la sua posizione: vicino ma non troppo all'aeroporto e ad un passo da un centro commerciale. Avevo chiesto esplicitamente una camera non fumatori nella mia prenotazione ma al momento check in mi è stata data una camera per fumatori perchè quella da me richiesta non era disponibile. Il parcheggio interno è a pagamento anche per i clienti dell''hotel. |
