The hotel was a good size, clean, comfortable and the staff was excellent. I did not like that there was not a ramp to roll up my suitcase. |

It was a gorgeous room and close to phoenix park which is good when going to concerts. the charge for the carpark was a bit steep at €10 per day, especially as we did not use our car for the 3 days we were there. |

We really enjoyed using the hydrotherapy pool and sauna and steamroom. The food that we had for dinner in the restaraunt was also very good. The staff at the front desk were also very obliging and friendly. The staff in the restaraunt and bar were unfriendly and unaccomodating when we asked if they could change the music. George Michael was being played on loop and it did nothing for the ambience of the restaraunt or our enjoyment of the meal. we also felt that the carpet had not been hoovered as well as possible. |

Excellent hotel - nice location - handy to Dublin City Centre. Reception staff excellent. No fuss or difficulties checking in - room ready. Room very clean with modern decor. Breakfast excellent - something for everyone. Parking on-site. Small negative point - air conditioning not very powerful! |

Excellent location near Heuston Train Station for City visits and business trips. Large bedroom, comfortable very clean room. Service in Dinning Room was very slow and yet it was quiet. I could not understand the long delays. They take the order quickly but never come back to bring the order. Need more reception staff, I did not have time to wait to check out, luckily I had already paid my bills as I went. |

The curtains were good so the room was dark until you openned them, so you could have a lie in. The customer service of the staff, no aircon and a taxi driver told us it has never been working!, The noise from the water heaters all night, ive stayed in lots of Hiltons all over the world and this has got to be the worst!! |

Staff were very helpful, location was good to thecity centre and attractions outside dublin. Parking was excellent. Air conditioning in the room wasn't good at all and affected my sleep, did request it was looked at but it didn't rectify anything, would have been nice to have been able to open a window! |

The hotel was nice, the room was clean and bright and the staff were friendly The pool was out of order when we arrived, which was precisely why I booked the hotel. However the receptionist gave us the breakfast free of charge instead. Given that the breakfast would have been €20, it would have been a great disappointment if we had paid for it. |

The spa pool was incredible! I loved the pool. The breakfast was very good, but I don't know if I would have paid for it since the price was very high. The staff were very nice. The staff were very nice and pleasant, even through all of the problems. There is more than adequate safe parking on the street, which was free for me because I'm handicapped. Even with the a/c problems, this was a nice hotel in a safe out of the way location which was easy to get into downtown Dublin by car. Our first night, we checked in but the a/c in our room didn't work. We had 2 people come up and it still didn't work. There were no windows to open and the room was over 85 degrees. Finally a technician came up to fix it, all of the power in the room went off (I was in the bathroom in the dark). We then had to move our room (luckily just across the hall, but there was a tell tale smoking odor) in the dark with a flashlight at around midnight, which wasn't fun. However, the staff did upgrade us to add breakfast, which was very nice of them to do. But it seems that the staff knew that the 3rd floor a/c had a lot of problems and I just wonder why they signed us into that room knowing that there were problems with the a/c (the problems continued with the next room until we were able to meet with the person about the a/c) and especially since there weren't many people staying those nights. Also, the passwords for the internet only worked for 24 hours, which meant that we had to keep calling for the new passwords and codes. It might be better for them to learn how to program the system so that the password worked for the length of a stay. |

Pleasant staff. Nice design of rooms and reception areas. Surprised there was (or I could not find) a map of the local area in my room nor a list of church service locations for the Sunday. Air conditioning didn't work so roasted on the first night - no sleep! while the staff were very nice, not a single irish person at service!! |
