Whole experience was very relaxing no hassle or bustle. Best part was late serving of breakfast at weekend breakfast available till 12am. Staff very considerate I celebrated my birthday to be greeting with a complimentary bottle of bubbly. Thank you, Hilton Dublin

Hotel staff were extremely friendly. Nothing was too much trouble. When confirming booking however I was asked if I could participate in a short survey and would receive bonus points. However the call was dropped and no follow up took place. Have I been credited with bonus points? Nothing, everyjing was as expected

Overall, the Hotel was reasonable but was not what I would expect from the Hilton chain. The rooms were small The bathroom was small and some of the taps did not work

Room was quite spacious and bed was comfortable. Sky Sports on the tv. Restaurant closes @ 9.30am, staff could not give directions to the hotel. Gold card holder but got charged for Internet. No free water with my stay.

The restaurant is wonderful, as are the staff. The general atmosphere and comfort were also excellent. The bar is comfortable and relaxing, with a good choice of drinks as well as offering restaurant-quality food. Couldn't connect to free wifi which is in public areas, and was put out that you have to pay for wifi in your room.
