I have stayed here a few times on business and find it is very well situated overlooking the river and immediately over the bridge from Limerick centre. The hotel is very clean and friendly and the breakfaast is first class. I cannot think of anything negative and have recommended it to colleagues who have stayed there on both business and leisure.

Rooms - Separate bath and shower. Spacious bedrooms, well equipped. Friendly staff. Excellent location. No bathroom facilities on ground floor level where reception, bar and restaurant are located. Car Park Lift very slow. Service in bar extremely slow even though staffing level was very high, seemed that 1 or 2 staff were doing all the work and the rest were walking about appearing to be doing very little. Bar food very expensive

Hotel room was excellent, usually when you are a family of 2 adults & 3 kids you are in a basic room but we had a great room on the 5 th floor corner room with views of the stadium & city. Had to pay for parking on top of hotel price.

Excellent location and facilities. My fourth stay in this hotel Before booking I had enquired about the issue of having a drink as a resident on Good Friday. Dispite having been assured by the management that there was no problem, I was refused a drink by the majority of the bar staff saying it was illegal. Even after a manager phoned the bar, at my request, they continued to refuse me a drink. Not good enough. I also had problems with the restaurant staff. While trying to make a reservation I,and 4 other people were left standing at the desk while staff member totalled their bills...no acknowledgement of our existance until the maitre d' arrived.

Located near the heart of Limerick, this hotel was just across the bridge from anything you needed! King John's Castle and numerous other landmarks within sight. Rugby stadium just down the road. The Staff were incredibly helpful and flexible for our business needs! Complimentary printing, copying, and internet services! WiFi did not extend into the corners of the building. Had to stay close to your door in order to access the internet.

All staff were welcoming and friendly. Stayed in the junior suite and it was fab, luvly sitting area, big double bed and the balcony was amazing. Swimming pool and sauna area was well maintained. Manager on site Sean was very helpful. Great locarion. All round a brilliant stay. The extra cost of the car park, adds up if u stay four nights like we did.

We always stay there if we are in Limerick city on z weekend trip or en route to Dublin from Kerry. Excellent service and lovely clean hotel with great facilities. Staff on the whole are terrific but on occasion there are one or two who do not go that little bit extra with a nice comment or just general friendliness- that is all that is required
