Very comfortable hotel in an excellent city centre location & its very near Thomond Park! We stayed on a Fri night and while we had a good nights sleep we were woken early on Sat morning by cleaners having a loud chat while they were cleaning 2 bedrooms adjacent to our room. we complained to reception when checking out & while they waived the car parking charge (appreciated), the noise level on sat morning circa 8 30am was just not good enough. |

Staff were excellent, had to alter the booking a bit and have had problems in similar situations before but was handled effortlessly. Great location and very comfortable. Excellent all round. |

In order to gain access to floors where the bedrooms are, guests must use the room card in order to use the elevator. This is an excellent idea. I have not experienced this before. I booked a twin room. The room did contain twin beds, but there was no space between the beds and one douvet. For unrelated people, this can be uncomfortable. |

Room was very clean, comfortable, our 1st weekend was lovely and quiet but 2nd weekend the noise level was terrible. Our dinner was excellent the 1st weekend. The breakfast was sub standard the 2nd weekend and very disappointing. Service was non existent, no brown bread and no tea or coffee even though we asked several times. Scrambled egg was terrible etc. |

The hotel was lovely, room was big. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is very close to Limerick City, 5 mins walk to all the hotspots. The room was very warm, and air conditioning did not stay on when we left the room. However, when we left a keycard in the slot it worked perfectly. |

its location the staff.. we stayed when the australian foobball team were due to leave. we were due to book in at 2 and the team didnt leave their rooms till near 5,30.... when i told the staff i needed to book in as i had a meeting in town and needed to shower and change they said i couldnt book in till 10 pm and if i wanted to ,i could change in the gym and change in the toilet.. the manager was no good as he was running around looking after the football team( who were yesterdays guests at this stage) and wouldnt / couldnt come to reception... if I had refused to leave my room till 5.30 when i should have being out by 12 I would have being charged for a second day...... i have told my employees not to book this hotel again .. we wont be back |

Very new building with nice rooms and very clean. The flatscreen TV and interior were up to date. Reception staff was rather unpolite. Internet acces very cumbersome for such a new hotel. Breakfast is not included in roomfee and was boring, very basic stuff with no variation. The hotel tries to be upmarket but can't deliver a welcoming feeling to ordinairy guests. |
