Relaxed atmosphere, level of comfort We reported that our kettle was not working at 0740 - by 0900 when we went to breakfast it still had not been replaced. |

lovely room,excellent breakfast,quick service from staff and all round lovely hotel the leisure centre wasnt the best,the hot tub was closed off with no reason given,the sauna was way too hot,i couldnt even sit down on the bench without being burnt. |

Everything, I seriously could not fault this hotel. There wasn't any faults, the only complaint I would have is the spa was busy so we couldn't book any more treatments to spoil ourselves more! |

your staff did not comunicate i was very dissapointed with the meal which was booked for 9 and was served after 10 pm and was very poor quality . I spoke to Simon when I made the booking and told him just how special the night was we had 3 birthdays and he promised us a room for the occasion on the night we could not even all sit at the same table your manager wanted me to pay for a no show |

alot of space in the rooms only one window was able to be opened. there was no bathrobes in the rooms as there are in other Hilton Hotels.The tap was broken in the room.Bar food very disappointing for what you recieve at the price , for ex the cludsandwich, no garnish , poor tasting and just put on the plate no care went in to it. |

Its location. Dinner in the restaurant was excellent The tv in the room was not working. I rang down to reception re same. They said they'd send someone up but did not do so.no tv is not great |

Location We booked an executive room but check in did not have this information. The executive foor facilities were closed but we were told that in place we were entitled to breakfast the following morning however the restaurant didi not have any details of this. Car parking is not free. |
