La situation de l'hôtel ; pas trop loin de l'aéroport et près du centre ville Notre réservation n'était pas enregistrée et nous n'avons pas eu la chambre supérieur king comme annoncé sur le site. La photo du restaurant est loin de la réalité, on mange directement sur la table (il n'y a même pas de nappe) serviettes en papier (pour un 4 * ! ) et de simples chaises pas très confortables. |

Wellness center et possibilite de check-out pour 6pm le dimanche avec le buffet lunch. La chambre n'etait pas isolee de la chambre attenante (il y avait une porte fermee entre les deux chambre). On pouvait entendre et comprendre tout ce qui se disait dans la chambre voisine (et vice versa je suppose). |

Comfortable beds, nice size room and bathroom The water for the tub was scalding. I had to leave the water in the tub from the night before to go cold and then add the scalding water in the morning in order to take a bath. I told them at checkout regarding the situation so they could fix it. |

nice hotel and in good location. good value for money and the bed was fantastic. there was a nice mini bar but the fridge was..empty. (new hotel policy that guests will get their drinks from dispensers?!...no thanks). At least room service when I called was instanteneous. |

Very comfortable hotel in an excellent city centre location & its very near Thomond Park! We stayed on a Fri night and while we had a good nights sleep we were woken early on Sat morning by cleaners having a loud chat while they were cleaning 2 bedrooms adjacent to our room. we complained to reception when checking out & while they waived the car parking charge (appreciated), the noise level on sat morning circa 8 30am was just not good enough. |

Staff were excellent, had to alter the booking a bit and have had problems in similar situations before but was handled effortlessly. Great location and very comfortable. Excellent all round. |

In order to gain access to floors where the bedrooms are, guests must use the room card in order to use the elevator. This is an excellent idea. I have not experienced this before. I booked a twin room. The room did contain twin beds, but there was no space between the beds and one douvet. For unrelated people, this can be uncomfortable. |

Room was very clean, comfortable, our 1st weekend was lovely and quiet but 2nd weekend the noise level was terrible. Our dinner was excellent the 1st weekend. The breakfast was sub standard the 2nd weekend and very disappointing. Service was non existent, no brown bread and no tea or coffee even though we asked several times. Scrambled egg was terrible etc. |

The hotel was lovely, room was big. Staff were very helpful. Hotel is very close to Limerick City, 5 mins walk to all the hotspots. The room was very warm, and air conditioning did not stay on when we left the room. However, when we left a keycard in the slot it worked perfectly. |
