Very friendly staff. Helped us directions to UL. Lovely view from the lift. Good leisure facilities. Breakfast wasn't included and cost E20 per person. We didn't avail of it. |

The comfort and location. The shower drain in our room was stopped up. The light for the bathroom mirror did not work. I takes a rocket scientist to figure out how to to use the electronic amenities at this hotel. Using the television set was a nightmare. |

Comfort and size of room .excellent swimming pool/hydrotherapy/sauna and steam room. We had to ask 3 times to get a response re broken safe.Poor response to request for bottle opener none in room or in executive lounge - advised bottle openers had gone walk about -not our problem .fridge broken in room and again poor response -had to leave fridge door open to access so nothing cold |

lovely room,excellent breakfast,quick service from staff and all round lovely hotel the leisure centre wasnt the best,the hot tub was closed off with no reason given,the sauna was way too hot,i couldnt even sit down on the bench without being burnt. |

Everything, I seriously could not fault this hotel. There wasn't any faults, the only complaint I would have is the spa was busy so we couldn't book any more treatments to spoil ourselves more! |

your staff did not comunicate i was very dissapointed with the meal which was booked for 9 and was served after 10 pm and was very poor quality . I spoke to Simon when I made the booking and told him just how special the night was we had 3 birthdays and he promised us a room for the occasion on the night we could not even all sit at the same table your manager wanted me to pay for a no show |
