I really enjoyed my stay at your hotel. However I felt the evening meal was dearly priced at 42 euros. |

Price, relaxation, location, leisure centre Some Reception staff unable to recommend local restaurants. Had a fall beside the pool due to excess water on the floor - duty staff very helpful and sympathetic but duty Manager on the morning of our departure brushed the incident uder the carpet with a smile and no apology - felt I should have been issued with an apology as I had carefully adhered to the safety regulations. |

Staff were very hospitible. Beautiful grounds, Breakfast was superb. Expensive as my 6 year old was charged the same rate as myself, but reasonable price per person for adults. Room 201 noisy as stairs right opposite and lift right beside room. I did not get the room that I reserved which was a room with a double and single bed, I was asked to change room when booking in which had double bed only but was the same price. € 65 per person. Tv kept turning off every 15 mins, when I reported same I was asked to change room ( I thought there were no other rooms available thats why I agreed to take room 201 when checking in) The tv was changed out that night. (Dont know why this was not an option when I reported it first time) |

Pool and Pool Staff were 5 Star - as was Breakfast Hotel staff very slow getting issues resolved - Weddings on both nights meant no space to sit in the Bar to eat - Hotel itself should be classified as a 3 star. |

I liked that the hotel was child friendly and the breakfast buffet had something for all. Thought the rooms in hotel were dated and the ensuite bathrooms need remodelling, |

Rooms were spacious with plenty of extra towels without being asked. Breakfast was excellent - huge variety. Beautiful views and walks around hotel. Nothing I didn't like. |

The staff was friendly but the public spaces were not clean, the breakfastroom was filthy, the rooms/bathrooms were not cleaned in five days. Only bedmaking and change of towels. |

The staff were very friendly. Facilities were fabulous. The leisure Centre is of excellent quality and perfecftly clean. The Spa has an incredible level of luxury. The food in the Restaurant was of good quality too. The variety of areas available to sit and relax is great, lovely sun rooms and lounge areas. Room was lovely but bed was a bit uncomfortable. We were disappointed at breakfast a couple of mornings as it was so busy we had to wait to be seated. Food in the bar wasn't great. |

Bedroom was very comfortable and swimming pool was lovely staff were very nice food was good. We couldnt get a seat in bar on both nights of our two night stay, hotel was very packed . There was two weddings and they both filled the bar until they were called to room for wedding reception.we also had to queue for 15 minutes for our breakfast. It Was More Like a Holiday Camp Than Hotel. |

Room was lovely. The carvery dinners were beautiful. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The cleaner was not very clean. The smell of body odour actually put me off my breakfast. The smell was so bad that it lingered in the hallway. The breakfast wasn't great, nothing was hot.Felt hotel was overpriced, nothing special about the interior All you were really paying for was having the lake outside the door |

The only thing I could say in favor of this hotel was its location, see below for the problems. The view from the room window was of the air conditioning plant, there was loud noise from a store below the room for over an hour as the staff stacked away tables and chairs from a wedding. This was followed by the thump of the Disco which was due to run until 2:00am. Ended up leaving the hotel at midnight as it was impossible to get a nights sleep |

The restaurants were first class. The pool and whirlpool were excellent. Large and clean We were staying while two weddings were taking place so the hallways were noisy till late night and early in the morning. Otherwise, very nice room. |
