I would have liked to avail of the leisure facilities but my schedule was tight - event went on until 10 pm friday and commenced at 9 am Saturday. There was no room to fit in the gym or pool. Not your problem. An error was made on my bill. When pointed out it was amended immediately. The error was that I was bolled for 2 dinners in the restaurant. Wrong room number was given or recorded. |

The setting. We attended a wedding and the table service was excellent. We got a smoking room which was smelly. We had asked for non-smoking. Thought €198 was relatively expensive for the bed & breakfast. I've stayed in nicer 4 star hotels with more modern bedrooms for less money. Also, the hotel's own website was more expensive than this one which doesn't look good. |

Overall good quality Small things, would it be too much to put a couple of bottles of water in the rooms? also would it be too difficult to put body lotion, shampoo and shower gel in the bathroom? |

it came across as a working hotel (corporate) and not as relaxing as I thought a hotel on the shores of a lake would be, which is why i chose the location. |

It was very noisy, you could hear people in next room's toilet flush! Not very well soundproofed. And breakfast quality was very poor. |

The swimming pool I was working in Athlone at the time of our stay and was horrified to find that we had no water supply in our room on the first morning. Staff were very apologetic and did eventually fix problem but too late for me to take a shower! I think a reduction in our final bill might have been a good gesture but none was given! |

On the morning of Friday 12th Sept, there was no hot water in the bathroom to take a shower, so it meant having to get dressed without a shower, as we had all planned to meet for breakfast, The access to the room we were staying in, considering i accompanied my 85 year old aunt to attend a wedding, was somewhat inconvenient and would have been quite confusing for her if she was on her own |

The food was very good and most of the staff were very friendly and courteous One of the receptionists was what I considered very offhand to a customer while I was checking in with the other lady. My check-in was very pleasant. I also did not like my room. I would consider when booking a 4 star hotel that all the rooms would be fitted out to a similar high quality. The bathroom in my room was very old and needs a good re-vamp. The sealant around the bath was gone brown |

Après un séjour à l’hôtel, les clients de Booking.com remplissent un questionnaire et y expriment leur avis personnel lequel ne correspond pas forcément à celui de Booking.com.

Sheraton Athlone Hotel  Situé à un peu plus d'une heure de Dublin et Galway, l'hôtel se trouve dans le nouveau centre commercial d'Athlone, le plus grand et le plus récent en dehors de Dublin. |
