It said that it was located 10 minutes walking distance to the 02 arena. This was not the case. It was over 25 minutes. Also, the room was very noisy and we were unable to sleep. |

went to concert at croke park the reason we booked the hotel was its location, apparently 20 mins from croke park which it is not, it is really not close to anything in particular |

i liked that i was able to book a large room for 4 people at a reasonable rate for a concert night. need to know your way around dublin to find the hotel if walking to it, once you get to the correct street it is a simple straight street walk to the hotel. it is not far from the city centre but it is a bit of a walk. |

The hotel, room, staff, facilities, accommodation and food were all very good and although it was quite a walk into Dublin City centre there were frequent busses and plenty of taxis into the centre. The room we had was on the front of the hotel and above the entrance to the Winter Gardens. The traffic noise was high even with the double glazed windows and people accessed whatever building was behind the hotel all night long. The heavy door and fierce door closer did disturb our sleep. I think that we would request a room in a different location next time. |

Reception staff very friendly. Nice room, comfortable, clean. All in all we had a pleasant stay. Bar closed at 12.30 am for residents, would have liked to have stayed in the bar longer. |

fair to poor service in the bar area. Very pushy staff also in this area, even though the bar was empty the service was poor.Prices for food and drink in the bar area exhoberant.( mayby this is why it was empty on a bank holiday weekend) |

Staff were very helpful. The bar food and breakfast was lovely, all brilliantly presented. Reception area wasnt great. Bath and shower in the room were'nt up to standard. On lifting up the sheet on the bed, the mattrass stains were terrible. The lift was also quiet old and dodgy. |

Staff were friendly and the hotel was child friendly. Breakfasts were good and we had an excellent meal in the restaurant. The hotel was poorly signposted and the directions on the wesite misleading. The directions failed to mention that part of the street was one way, so we had to do a number of laps of the one-way system before we figured out where the hotel was. There was also no Holiday Inn sign outside the hotel so we drove past it and back into the one way system. We were stressed out. |
