the staff are very friendly and courteous.the location of the hotel is excellent. the level of cleanliness was not as good as i perceived when we stayed there last year.there were tea stains on the dresser on arrival which remained there also dirt not hoovered from the bathroom or the bedroom.there were no serving utensils for the breads just taken by hand by each person not very hygienic. |

A good clean and comfortable hotel with well maintained comfortable, clean and pleasant rooms. The staff were all very friendly and helpful the connecting pub served good quality food at a very reasonable price. The surrounding countryside and national park were beautiful. Poor quality breakfast by normal holiday inn standards, inconvieniant opening times of pool/spa which was'nt upto normal spa quality standards. |

Staff were friendly, room was comfortable and had sky tv. Free wi-fi in the lobby. Gym tiny and poorly equipped, pool not open till 3pm.......Breakfast very poor by holiday inn standards. I found it expensive for what you get and was dissapointed. |

The food was excellent, and breakfast was superb our suite was shabby, with the sofa bed broken, and not useable, so the boys had to sleep on what seemed to be army-like camp beds. The main room was very shabby with bad decor and the curtains did not close properly |

The food was lovely. Good selection of evening meals The photo of the pool was misleading regarding size. It was the size of a big puddle! |

I thought the management were excellent on arrival our sofa bed was broken and the receptionist changed our room immediately even though it was after 10pm she was very helpful, the little gym and pool were very adequate and breakfast was basic but fine budget but not budget rates. I found the rates expensive. This is the reason I would not recommend it to others. |

Easy going staff, but not to the point of complacency. Nothing was too much trouble. Food was excellent, especially in the bar. Rooms were generous also. |

Clean, modern hotel with good upkeep. The bar service was very slow when ordering a drink. They did not clear away glasses from the tables. They would take dinner plates but not glasses, we had to clear the tables ourselves regularly. |

Staff were helpful & friendly. Room & facilities were clean. Dinner was a bit over priced. Food in bar is better value. |
