We liked that it was close to other facilities and close to the sea
Did not have hot water and heater available at all time.
Absolutely spectacular service provided, top notch customer friendly, helpful service provided for all guests by Pauline and Martin. Both went above and beyond their call of duty for me. Thank you... I'll be returning soon :)
Staff, location, good value, shops just beside the hotel,
A bit of noise from the car if the bedroom is close to the road.

Central location, Friendly and courteous staff.
Excellent location and great value. This hotel is beside Galway Bay and within walking distance of Galway city. The staff were friendly, helpful and courteous. The room was clean and warm. It had a comfortable bed and tea/coffee facilities.
Spent a night in the Holiday Hotel as part of a two day trip to the west. It was unbelievable value for money and we could not find fault with the room the staff or the location. It will be my go-to accommodation the next time I visit Galway!
the staff were very friendly
alot of steps to the bedroom, no elevator
The Staff at the Hotel is very friendly and helpful. Relations with a nearby Restaurant ease the decision on where to go for Breakfast etc. Free Wifi at the Hotel and free Parking very close to the Hotel. I would recommend it definitely.
Staff hospitality location room size wifi
No hot water in bathroom Room heaters dont work ... but they provided us with an electric one.
Friendly welcome Comfortable bed Very good rate Good location
Location and staff especially Pauline were most helpful

Lady at reception helpful and friendly
Wifi didn't work at all wouldn't stay more than one night
I like that the hotel is just beside the sea and the lady was very friendly and excellent hospitality
had to park away from hotel in car park and no lift
Hospitality of hotel management was second to none very helpful wit everything
Would like breakfast but can recommend lopens excellent breakfast there
The place was clean. Rooms were quite small but this is to be expected for the price. We paid €80 for a triple room, so reasonable enough. The bar had a v good atmosphere and was packed , albeit due to irl v Australia and man utd v arsenal. Staff were friendly.
Credit card machine wasn't working and read that my card had been declined (which could cause some embarrassment & inconvenience to guests ) after contacted my banks cc company they advised that no transaction had even been looked for. Wifi didnt work in the room even though we were told it would. We were on the 1st floor just above reception so that tells u how the poor signal is and range it can service.
Location was ok, just a short drive into central Galway. Price was excellent considering it was a private room. Big quiet room.
Room was freezing, and couldn't get the radiator to work. In fairness, we didn't ask the staff for help, so there was no one to blame but ourselves! Couldn't get the wifi to work, we DID try to fix that but I think we may have been too far from the front of house.
