Didn't use the leisure centre so can't comment. Breakfast was fine. Hotel is a little run down but the sheets were clean and the bed comfy. Room was large. Smoking allowed in all rooms and the room reeked of stale smoke...on the positive side room was changed no problem. Shower head was old and dirty and didn't function properly. Broken tiles in bathroom with concrete showing through. |

We enjoyed an over night bank holiday stay that was unavailable to us in the sister hotels in Bundoran, overall we were very pleased. Not much, perhaps room decor could be updated! |

it was a pleasure to stay in a hotel where the staff spoke english and were able to have a bit of banter and craic with you. its very central to all amenities. street facing room ment we were woken during the night with revellers returning. Faint smell of smoke in the room. Would have liked a more modern tv. |

Enjoyed my stay at the hotel however the service in the restaurant was unacceptable. Me and my partner had asked to order drinks with our dinner and waited for half an hour to be told when we had finished our dinner that it was now to late to order drinks.Apart from that we enjoyed our stay. |

This would of been the only thing i'd rate, only staff that had any manner/customer service. Pool was clean but very crowded and small. Decor was very shabby. Room was ancient. Childcare facilities where alot to be desired, as the seemingly trained staff cared more to be texting on their phones than looking after kids. None of the staff where friendly during checking in, eating, drinking etc. Would never return |

I found the staff very nice and helpful. Breakfast was really good. I had lunch there two days and again it was very good. I did a lot of walking in the area and found the Spa great for relaxation. |

Very little The room we stayed in wasn't clean, the bathroom had mould growing on the grouting, and it was noisy. Breakfast in the hotel was adequate, however queueing for up to 20 mins outside the dining room just to get breakfast was unacceptable. The evening meal (which was part of our package) was poor. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. |

The swimming pool, steam room and sauna, the breakfast was average. I saw the pictures of the hotel on the internet and it appeared like a 5 star hotel, was dissapointed when i got there, firstly there was a very mouldy musky smell on entrance which gave a poor first impression.I spend a lot of time in hotels through business and simply like my comforts, didnt get that expericnce there. It was like a large playground,i didnt realise that there would be more children there than adults, hence it was very loud. There was a huge que to enter the breakfast room at 10am,even though i had my cereal in my hand,i had to wait 10mins to be seated, there appeared to be no organisation to the breakfast room. |
