Horse & Jockey Hotel  

Food was excellent

Bedroom was very cold as heating was switched of and the extractor fan in surrounding rooms were like a jackhammer. not good at 1am & 2am.

very interesting hotel for anyone who likes horses, lots of photos. lovely bakery on premises. Breakfast was very good, they had music in the bar Saturday night. We had a lovely stay in the horse and jockey and intend to go back again.

There was nothing we didn't like.

Great value for money ,the staff were very friendly and helpful. Good breakfast, very clean and modern room, a nice quiet stay in lovely country accommodation .

Very helpful staff, spacious room, quiet location.

Problems with Wi-Fi connection, carpets in corridors grubby, breakfasts OK but would have expected better quality.

Poor Food in Restaurant and Pub

The staff were extremely helpful and pleasant in every part of the hotel, was a pleasure to be dealing with friendly staff. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Toiletries in bathroom were of high quality and in large supply (no miniature bottles) which was most refreshing.

the staff in the stables in the stables-coffee shop could improve their presentation and willingness, we are customers, nothing should be a problem,while staff were very nice, could heat scones and serve cream with them without being asked, In the rooms access to hanging clothes in wardrobe is difficult , access into bath or shower is confining

Lovely room, lovely food. I'm very particular about the pool/jacuzzi/sauna and all these were excellent here.

Everything was very good but for the price, I would have liked to see everything just that bit more extravagantly lavish.

I loved the pool and gym. I didn't get time to visit the shop but it looked great. The Bar had a lovely atmosphere, and good food.

The beds in the room pushed up together. I'd prefer if there was space between the beds.

Lovely hotel with very friendly staff. Easily accessible from the motorway and convenient for day trips. Excellent bakery and coffee shop. Good swimming pool.

the rooms were a good size, n plenty of space for storage of suit cases.

rooms are quite far away from exits.

I can't say I liked anything. The food is overpriced and is just bar food served in the restaurant.
