The waterfall and entrance. However it wud b excellent if this theme was flowing into the hotel reception with slate tiles and dome large plants. I stayed in room 207. The en suite brought d stay down. It was cramped and just thrown up. No quality at all. It was just practicle. I hav experienced similar in a moroccon 3 star. And they are over graded!! |

It was ok for 1 night as the location is very good. Stayed in 2bed appartment, the appartment was small and had 2 small double beds. It wasn't clean to the standard I would expect, especially the bathroom. |

There was a lot of noise at midnight for about an hour under our window. We looked outside and saw staff counting bottles and moving them. They made a lot of noise and we couldn't fall asleep after a long day of travel! |

I'm a frequent visitor to Cork and have tried many of the hotel. I really like the Isaacs, the location is great, it's lively area with some good pubs and bars and is less than 5 mins walk to the main shopping area. For the area it's also good value and pretty comfortable. Only draw back from this hotel is the parking, they do provide it free of charge nearby, but with luggage, kids etc it's a bit of a treck. Also an illegal parker trapped several me and several other guests in the carpark for over an hour - not their fault but one of the risks you take. |

The room was large and comfortable. The manager was extremely welcoming and helpful upon arrival in the evening and us leaving in the morning. They were having a computer problem and she actually slept in the office. Anyway, she was great despite an obviously hard night. The hotel was centrally located as well, easy walking distance. Free parking was available off site just down the street. Our room faced the street. There was considerable noise late into the night and early morning from local bars and the traffic. |

The courtesy and over all efficiency of the staff, and,in particular the front desk. The failure to screen the live T.V.football(Ireland v Cyprus) |

The room was clean and very nice. It was at a great location also, very central to everything. The washrooms were small and had some mold on the ceiling. |

We liked how it was close to the shopping streets and nightlife, the staff were nice and helpful. The directions that were given for the parking spaces could have been a bit clearer! |

That they kept our bags for a couple of hours after check in so we didn't have to lug them around the City before departing on the bus home. The hotel is a little bit stale, its ok for a 3* but could do with some minor revamps. |

Its close to everything in the city. The tv signal was poor and the mini bar made a noise all night so it was hard to sleep |
