Staff were friendly and informative - and the breakfasts were generous. The waterfall feature was also very pleasant Not much. The internet printer wasn't working when I needed it, but that's hardly a show stopper

Clean large rooms (at the back - much quieter) car parking - a nightmare to park and then hand back the door opener in rush hour traffic!

We stay here every year, myself and my friend, for the choral festival. We just love it here. The staff are amazing and the waterfall is so cool :) I don't get enough time to stay here!

We stayed in the 2 bed apt which was fantastic value for the 4 of us! Night porter was lovely and reception friendly and helpful. Will return for the restaurant which smelt divine! No faults whatsoever! Will definitely stay again.

Good sized room and enough furniture. The room and bathroom need a deep clean. Cobwebs on the window drapes and bathroom blind. Walls probably need a re-painting.

On my arrival, I was greeted by a nice gentleman at reception it was midnight I arrived to hotel. The room was clean and bed comfortable. My room was above the courtyard on the first floor. I was very tired as I had travelled 4 hours in a plane but disappointed that I was disturbed by loud luaghing and talking coming from the courtyard. I called down reception and said I was very uphappy about this, the man at reception was very good and dealt with the situation and then I was able to have a good nights sleep. I think that people should have respect for others trying to sleep and not everyone wants to be outside laughing at talking just under my room window.

Receptionists very friendly Hotel restaurant was the single worst experience of my adult life. Very nasty waitperson, no eye contact, rudely removed excess glasses from the table without warning multiple times inj a very fast, hostile manner , never once checked on us, deterred us from asking for a cocktail because it would take too long, deterred from filet mignon unless cut into pieces because it would take too long to cook, unless cut up into pieces. We had to ask for the check, then she attended to every other table's needs before finally coming to accept our credit card. One of the three of us left the table before the meal arrived because she was unwell. Never asked after her! The kitchen server did nicely pack the meal to go. We always tip and have enjoyed Irish hospitality all over the country, but this final night of our holiday ruined the entire experience. I will take the trouble to comment to Rick Steeves and other travel writers to avoid Greens at all costs...And the hotel is badly tainted by its affiliation. If I were management I would take more care to observe the staff....

We had one of the apartments off of the hotel. The apartment was warm, clean, spacious and comfy. No lift available. Had to carry baby, buggy and luggage up 2 flights of stairs.

As far as I can say it was a lovely hotel and breakfast was lovely Have been staying now alot over the last few months and have loved staying at the hotel, but last time when we have visited we didnt have the best experience as the light covering in the bathroom came off on top on my partner with the glass all over the place and over my partner I was very upset as this had happened but the porter on duty was very nice and accommodating, and cleaned it up straight away, we were very disappointed to the excuse we have gotten and it was due to work maintaince that had happened when we stayed there again beforehand, but on my opinion those light fixings should be checked on regular occasions as my boyfriend was very angry and upset about what had happened

The restaurant at the back was fantastic - a lovely evening meal. We put up a breakfast in bed sign at 10.30pm, yet it was still there in the morning. So we popped down for breakfast. Not the end of the world, but obviously no security walk after 10.30pm in the evening. Pipes make a noise in the morning.

Location perfect for wandering around Cork City, day or night. Even though it was in the centre of the city, it was very quiet and comfortable. Great restaurant. Wonderful breakfast. Hairdrier not working. Of course I was wet and naked with mad hair when I noticed, so I couldn't really go and complain there and then. I did mention it to the receptionist on checking out. Hope its a once-off

The location was great with very friendly staff and lovely breakfasts The music at breakfast could be better, maybe classical or soft to go with the tranquil location of the eating area.
