The staff were helpful. Rooms were huge but the noise just completely took away from it! I think we got about 2 hours asleep the whole night, you could every little noise in the hotel. We could hear girls across the corridor arguing in their room at 3am. |

The front desk staff was really accomodating and helped us with a change of room and advice on where to eat The noise from the construction and the fact that breakfast was not included in a room for 70 euro especiall with the inconveniance of the noise of the construction. |

Great Value for money, breakfast was not included but was at a discounted rate of only 7euro for the full Irish and was lovely. Bed was one of the most comfortable I have had in a hotel. Hotel surrounding was quiet in the evening, far enough away from pubs and clubs to avoid the noise but not to far to go out for a few drinks if you wanted. Bar in the hotel was nice also. The toilet door was very odd, it had a gap of approx 4inches below it which is very strange for a hotel toilet! No other complaints. |

Convenience to town and railway station. Room very large and quiet overall. Had dicounted price on breakfast -great value for money. Felt bathroom could do with a facelift - floor tiles quite shabby. |

The location, everything is neaarby. The setting (nice natural water feature). The atmosphere is nice and realxed. All in all it is a wonderful hotel to stay in and we would return The cost of the breakfast. All we wanted was a bowl of porridge, the price was €12.50! Naturally we left without eating, went up the road and had a crossaint and coffee for less than a fiver each. I think if the breakfast was a reasonable price a lot more people would eat in the hotel. The breakfast room was empty but for one table, not surprised. |

The hotel staff were very welcoming. The room itself was very spacious, met our needs for our stay and was very clean. The only thing that we did not like was that the room heated up very quickly in the evening and opening the window did not seem to make the room any cooler. And due to the fact that the room was so warm we had to sleep with the window open and could hear noise and voices passing by in the early hours of the morning. |

The hotel was centrally situated in Cork City within easy reach of train and bus stations. It was also convenient to the main shopping centre of Cork and yet situated in a quiet locality within the city centre. |
