We stayed in apartment #1. It really needs to be refurbished. The carpet was dirty. The were holes in the walls and the bathroom was not that great. Door handles were broken and white doors were dirty.
Location was fine. The breakfast bar was fine, but the scones were bad.
The hotel is right in town and great for exploring the city on foot. We had a wonderful couple of days in the City, which provided some special moments. Great street with fab fish and chips and a great coffee shop around the corner.
Car park explained very badly.
did not avail of breakfast or dinner but lovely view of waterfall.
reception staff and rooms nice
Front room noisy at times.
Location easy for access to town center etc.
Apartment could do with a little redecoration and maintenance.
Nice sized apartment. Plenty of space for 3.
The air-con did not function and some windows in the room cannot be opened
Staff are friendly
very nice garden and restaurant
The bed was very hard and there wasn't a individual sheet, so it was boiling. The room was right next to a main road so loud until after 2am. The shower didn't drain and when we told the staff it wasn't fixed the same day. The restaurant was very overpriced too and my meal was under cooked.
The staff were very nice and helpful. The room was very clean and spacious with adequate facilities.
Central heating very noisy going on and going off at night and very early in the morning also breakfast was pretty poor for what it cost
absaloutly loved my stay there! Comfortable & warm room... the waterfall is breathtaking .. stunning! Reception staff could not be morw helpful !! Thank you Hotel Isaacs! Roisin
Broken and torn furniture in room. Someone else opening my room vir key card in middle of night. Some sort of unknown smudge on cupboard. No steam extractor in bathroom which is small and needs extraction
It was extremely noisy. I've asked if we could move to a bedroom in the back of the hotel but it was fully booked. I would recommend to ensure a room in the back otherwise the night might be long.
The staff was really lovely and the bedroom was simple but clean.
Parking not free and wasn't really made aware of this before booking. Buzzing fuse box in hallway little bit irritating and the flat could use some door stops (although perhaps the doors are fire doors?) - slamming doors bit annoying and not great for socialising while getting ready.
Self catering facilities great. Great little flat for our needs (one night, just somewhere to sleep) and nearby parking.
Shower curtain and chopping board needed
Loved the stay...brilliant location and very cheap rates...over all very comfortable stay!!
The bathroom had a step and I'm naturally really clumsy, they did have a sign though saying mind the step, a little helpful.
Bed was comfy, breakfast was delicious and we checked out a little later and didn't get charged which was perfect.
Booked on booking.com so don't like having to give my Visa card details again. Room was excessively hot so had to open the window which makes the room noisy.
Friendly helpful staff. Great to be in centre of town.
Wonderful staff & location & price
Lovely breakfast, close to pubs & shops, friendly & helpful staff
Wifi is a bit of work to figure out, but we had our own wifi with us.
The cute little oasis while eating our delicious breakfast before hitting the streets for a day adventure hit the spot.
The Brown Bread at breakfast was almost as good as my own..and that is high praise. Nice to see homemade for a change.
Amazing location in central Cork. Quick walking distance to restaurants, bars and shops. Maria at the front desk was beyond lovely. Rooms were large and recently remodelled (gorgeous showers!). Would highly recommend!
Stayed in the apartments. Washing machine was broken. Blood on the blankets. Sheets were not changed. Dirty underwear hanging in the radiator. Door locks were broken. Unsafe and unclean.
The whole apartment needs to be renovated. Carpet dirty, bedding old, bathroom smelled like urine. Heating system didn't work properly, no way to prop open bedroom doors was annoying.
Descent location. Friendly staff.
We stayed in the appartment side off this hotel we entered the hotel the receptions dont know her nam blonde cork lady was an absolute star.so pleasent and was made feel right at home.great stay and will be back
