Got amazing room with outer room with tv too, great spacious bathroom..
Heating up very high
The staff was very pleasant ,rooms are spacious
Room smelt of smoke even though it was supposed to be none smoking, lift is ancient quite scary, construction woke me up at 8am asked to stop and they did but resumed 45minutes later
Everything location food staff everything was top class
The staff at the hotel were friendly and helpful (Blanka especially). The food was out of this world and the service was second to none. My wife and I stay in hotels on a regular enough basis, but this was exceptional and value for money in a central location near shopping area and night life.
There was nothing I did not like.
The location, the staff and the room had all the facilities you would need for your stay. I have already recommended it to friends and family.
I unfortunately got a room overlooking the main road so it was noisy with traffic and people coming out of the pubs.
This was our first stay at Isaacs Hotel and would definitely stay there again. Good value for money, excellent staff and a fabulous Greenes Restaurant.
Very convenient to the City. Parking area available to clients at a very reasonable rate . Rooms cleaned daily if required. All the necessary equipment such as Fridge,Hairdryer, Good choice of T V channels .Good power shower. Multi purpose sockets .
I would have like a better service on the changing of Towels.
Very pretty entrance and environs Walking distance from City. very helpful reception staff
Parking a bit tricky Not obvious, so no discount available
Great location staff amazing and good value for money if you are planning a trip to Cork
having a glass of wine outside at the waterfall, and the convenient location for shopping.
Great little hotel, great location and brilliant value!
I didn't like that it's over two restaurants so is noisey till they close but it wouldn't stop me returning!
Absolutely everything, never stayed at this hotel before but don't think would ever stay anywhere else now, staff were excellent, friendly and so helpful, Greene's restaurant was probably our best meal in Cork that weekend! Wish I was still there now
Everything, especially the location, the secure parking, the food and above all the friendly and helpful staff.
Loved the location of the hotel and the reception staff were very helpful.
The room was very adequate but just a little bit run down a lick of paint would do the job. Also there were no tea or coffee making facilities in our room, but would stay here again.
Great Restaurant with wonderful food and excellent service
The car park is awkward with the key system really inappropriate. ..having to park outside...go get the key and then return it..On a freeway. At least install a call system on the gates of the carpark
Friendliness of staff. Breakfast was great. Courtyard area v attractive.
Bed was hard. No heating in radiator. Room v small. Car park difficult to access and time consuming and extra charge for it adds up. Having to pay for internet in room is outdated compared to other hotels.
My room 110 was fine if a little unusual in layout. Not as unusual as room 112 which was also interesting with it's glass wall and dormitory layout. Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast good.
All clean and ok but needs a refurb. Beds could be a bit more luxurious. They were comfortable enough but very basic. They didn't look very inviting.
The staff were very helpful and friendly. It really made you feel welcome. There was a wonderful atmosphere with the water fountain and christmas lights outside. The hotel receptionist was very kind and took photos of myself and my partner infront of it. Its people like that who make the hotel as good as it is. I would definitely stay here again.
In good location, close to city centre and bus and train station.
No proper bar facilities, small bar area in restaurant. Had to have drinks in the lobby area, did not like that myself. Hotel needs updating in corridor areas, bit shabby but good value for money.
The receptionist who was Marie was lovely and welcomed us on arrival she gave us information on all we needed thank you for a lovely weekend will return
As a b & b this hotel is good. Roomsare spacious and comfortable and the breakfast was excellent.
The bar and restuarant was separate from the hotel and residents were unable to eat there unless they had booked. After a long journey we wished to have a sandwich on arrival. Only after complaining we goe a sandwich but were well charged for this! We had to go to a rival hotel to eat in the evening.
Friendly staff. Great location for shopping, restaurants, pubs.Walking distance to train station. Luggage storage no problem.
Everything else besides the bathroom. Poor bedding. Not clean. Highly uncomfortable. Dirty carpets and sorroundings.
Would like breakfast included in price when u stay few days even continental.
