THe courtyard! My time there was very brief, and there is no facility for room service at the time that I needed it. Also, at breakfast, I would have liked more fruit. Also, the sign indicating the hotel is tiny, and I missed on the first pass, in rush hour traffic, when I was hurrying to an appointment. |

Staff were very friendly on arrival and extremely helpful. The rooms were really nice and very comfortable! |

Facilities were very good and cleanliness of rooms was excellent. Maids were not intrusive when carrying out duties/cleaning. Noise from outside bar area lasted too ling into the night ( outside Greene's restaurant) |

Location and restaurant with water feature outside are excellent and a real selling point. Rooms, though generally clean and relatively comfortable, are very dated, especially the bathrooms. |

Staff were very helpful. Breakfast was excellent. The only difficulty was getting to reception to get the car park key when the area outside is either a bus lane or double yellow. |

it's a lovely buiding with a nice courtyard...the two restaurant beside are fantatic the room was very noisy andthey chared me 7.90 for I have no idea what |

bedrooms very clean, staff very friendly and helpful, good location, greens restaurant within the hotel exceptional standard very well priced with a menu for ceoliac sufferers, restaurant and bar staff very friendly and attentive. Beautiful courtyard to sit in which was kept very clean our bathroom smelt slightly of mildew and on closer inspection black mould on the inside of the door was visible. |

Restaurant provided very good food and very comfortable surroundings. Loved the bar area in front of the waterfall! The lifts were a challenge to fit into with luggage! |
