adjoining restaurant very good. decor of rooms somewhat stark. checkout time of 1200 rather than 1100 would have been appreciated. excellant location for events at O2 arena. |

Good hotel. Check-in at 9am was no problem, the room was already available. Modern room. Breakfast was very good. Italian restaurant was allright. Close to the city center. The airport shuttle was a great advantage. The TV didn't work very well and no satellite. Hotel was not mentioned on Courtesy bus board at airport. Very difficult to establish where the bus would pick us up. |

the room was clean and spacious, close and within walking distance to town. Got the free bus from aiport but return times did not match with my flight so got the air link from across the road from the hotel - very convenient location. TV did not work properly - really bad interference. Shower was random - hot and cold and fixed to the wall so could not change height of it. Could not adjust power and was far too strong- just one setting! Really noisy as bus station just oustide the window, opposite hotel. Window were very old and difficult to open/close and didn't keep the noise out. Staff were really distracted at the desk and one person dealing with several people at once - rather confusing! Not very approachable / friendly or willing to help. |

Location 15 minutes from town, clean, well presented, room fair size, king size bed, and the staff were happy to hold our luggage once we had checked out as we were not flying til evening. On the way back the paddy wagon picked us up and took us to the airport with no problems. For the price we paid this was an excellent (45 euros a night for two) The restaurant has special offers on and does very good food! On Monday the hotel was quiet, but on Tuesday a near by bar had very load base music which went on til 3am. I had taken ear plugs and would suggest to others to do the same. We also could not locate the paddywagon on the way to the hotel and no one on the info desk at airport could help us. The beds mattress was a cheap coil spring and was painful after one night. |

The staff were friendly and the room was fine - not huge luxury, but we knew that! It was fine for our short break. The noise from the bus station and trams was there, but once we shut the window it was fine. The breakfast was great - lots of choice and really set us up for the day. |

The hotel staff were fantastic, letting us book in at 10.30 am. They were extrremely helpful throughout our stay. Good location as very central yet away from the nightclubs etc so not too noisy. Very good value for money. Couldn't get the shower to work. Would have preferred if there wasn't a single bed in our room as well as a double. The double glazing on the windows could have been better as I was woken up at 1am by someone talking in the street below our window. Good glazing is important as hotel is opposite main bus station although this wasn't a problem as the buses don't run at night. |

The hotel was 10 minutes walk outside of the main tourist bar area therefore you were not right in the middle of everything. Was right next to the shopping district. As our room was near the front of the hotel at night there was some noise from the bus station which meant you couldnt leave the windows open but this did not affect sleeping as the room was not too hot, may not be great in the summer though. |

The free shuttle bus was great--only on arriving in Dublin, though (see below)! We caught the 12 o'clock bus from car park zone 4, as promised in the hotel description, which got us to the hotel as early as 12:30, where (another plus) our room was ready to check in. The location is very handy if you plan to do the occasional bus or train trip (the bus station, busaras, is literally across the road from the hotel, Connolly station is about a 2 minute walk). The staff were very friendly, there was a reasonably-priced Internet terminal in the lobby, and all our extra wishes (allergy-friendly duvet, quiet room--well, sort of... See below) were accommodated. On leaving Dublin, we spent about 40 minutes waiting for the free shuttle bus (which should have left at 2:55, but never showed up). Everyone kept promising it would be there "any minute now", but when there still was no sign of it at 3.35, we ended up taking the 6 eur Airlink bus which leaves opposite the hotel. My recommendation: Don't count on the free bus unless it's scheduled to leave at least 3 hours before flight departure. Or take another airport bus once the free one is 10 minutes late (no matter what staff tell you about it being "nearly there"!). The room was quiet on the first two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday), but on Thursday night there was loud music from the nightclub next door which kept going till the early hours. |

Free shuttle to and from the airport was an unexpected bonus. The Hotel Isaacs is convieniently located for both the city and the docklands area. The staff were helpful and attentive, and most importantly friendly. The bar, restaurant and lounge area were very comforable and relaxing. I would visit again, and recomend. Although the public areas were very smart, the rooms could do with a spruce up, there were stains on our ceiling, probably from and upstairs leak. The close proximty to the train station, the tram, and bus station means that when Dublin is waking, you will get an early morning call from the first commuter trains and trams. ( Why would you want to sleep late when in Dublin) |

Location, price and cleanliness. Room was a bit noisy as it was on first floor - noise from air conditioning unit outside window was a little annoying. But these are minor complaints, given the cost of the room. |
