Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hotel was located perfectly in relation to the train or bus station. Anywhere in the centre of Dublin was within walking distance and taxis were plentiful if required. The rooms and facilities were excellent, in fact I have paid much more for less at other hotels. I have stayed here before and will stay there again. The residents bar is intimate enough to merit a romantic break, rooms are more than adequate and food is great. Overall a fantasic hotel.

The hotel was very central although the area was a little dangerous. It was a comfortable stay, nice spacious room with a hairdryer and en suite. The restaurant in the hotel was good value and tasty. My only criticism of the hotel was that it only had foreign staff and it would have been nicer to have an Irish welcome and not feel you were in Eastern Europe. The hotel wasn't supposed to take a pre payment off my card prior to the stay but did....

very comfortable beds, clean bathroom , My only problem was the bathtub was slippery and I've just had a hip replacement so I was wary about getting into it for a shower as I was staying alone so I had to have a wash down at the sink. Other than that all was just fine

Very good location. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean comfortable and heated just right. Bathroom was really big, shower and bath seperate. Would recommend for value. The trains do go by but are not noisy, made us feel at home as I have a railway at the bottom of my garden. Would definitely stay agin. No dislikes whatsoever. I am an honest person when doing reviews if there was any I would say.

I decided to stay at the Beresford Hotel because I read some excellent reviews online. The price was affordable for my budget and it was definitely worth every penny. From the moment I arrived, the staff were nothing but helpful to say the least. Anything I needed, they were there to assist. The rooms are nice and comfortable. I was happy to arrive back to a clean room every afternoon. The food is delicious and they know how to make a delicious latte as well. The high street is about a five to seven minute walk and Temple Bar is only about a ten minute walk. I highly recommend the Beresford Hotel to anyone booking a trip to Dublin. You won't be sorry!

The location was spot on and the price was brilliant! The rooms were nice too. The noise from the railway line and the temperature of the room was a little hot even with the window open. The staff were very friendly but didnt give us enough information on where abouts our room was and the time of breakfast in the morning.

Very clean hotel, very polite staff. Right next to a tram stop and you can take the bus to the airport from right across the street! The room we stayed in didn't have a nice view from the window but we didn't mind very much because we only used the room a few hours to rest.

The room given didn´t look anything like in the pictures with none of the features announced, it was small and very old. I reported it to reception and the manager found us a new room in the Victorian building which met all expectations. It seems that the hotel is spread over 3 building of different eras. Each building is of different standard and are linked by maze of corridors and stair cases. To reach the room with suitcases is not easy.

The staff were excellent. The guy who was on the desk when we checked in made time to chat to us about what we plan on getting up to during our stay and also helped us out locating essentials such as a currency exchange location. For the price we paid (Cheaper than a travelodge) you could not ask for a nicer place. Location was amazing too. We were in town to visit some friends and see a show at the o2 and both our friends hotel and the arena were all within walking distance of our hotel. Only complaint I had was the room got very hot as we could not turn off the heating in the room. However being on an upper floor we just slept with the window open and the problem was gone.

The hotel was great and very well situated for getting around Dublin. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel had run out of adaptor plugs when I needed one. The dinner at the restaurant was not quite the quality we were expecting. It could have been better.

Extremely convenient location next to the bus station and tram line. Also an easy walk to the main shopping areas and Temple Bar area. Can be a little noisy in the early mornings when the buses and trams start to run, but nothing too extreme.
