When we arrived we were upgraded to the Goergian rooms which was a lovely surprise. The staff at reception were extremely helpful as were the staff in the bar, nothing was too much trouble for them.

The cleanliness of the hotel

the hotel is located right oppisite the main dublin bus station which was really good because we didn't have to look around or pay for a taxi. not too far of a walk from temple bar district which was a plus.

i thought the rooms were small for the price you paid. FYI, Dublin is pretty pricey. Breakfast cost 12.50 Euos at the hotel, which wasn't worth it.

Convenient location and staff were helpful.

Corridor floor directly outside room was extremely noisy. Cleaning staff did not knock before entering room. Room needed to be painted.

The food at the bar was lovely.

The room was so overpriced. 195 euro for a twin room that was the size of a box room was ridiculous. Breakfast wasnt included in that price. I would have stayed in a b&b for a quarter of the price and have got breakfast. It says on the website that the hotel is near Croke Park. It was over half an hour walk away.

the hotel is in good place

I stayed in the hotel before; but this time I really didnt enjoy myself; the net was crap; the shower was broken; stuff not nice; and they awlays full book when they really not; didnt like it at all this time
