Great Location, for tourist or business visits to the centre of Dublin both North and south of the river. The rooms are equipped with air conditioning, which is not always the case in Ireland. I stayed there on a weekend, and given the location this hotel can be a bit noisy outside. But you would have to be a ridicilously light sleeper to be bothered by this.

The hotel was very central although the area was a little dangerous. It was a comfortable stay, nice spacious room with a hairdryer and en suite. The restaurant in the hotel was good value and tasty. My only criticism of the hotel was that it only had foreign staff and it would have been nicer to have an Irish welcome and not feel you were in Eastern Europe. The hotel wasn't supposed to take a pre payment off my card prior to the stay but did....

Our first night at the hotel was great,, it was a quiet night. The second night we were kept up all night with the loud music that vibrated through the whole hotel. if we had known how noisy it was going to be, we would have stayed somewhere else.

The hotel was lovely and warm, rooms were very clean and bed was very comfortable. The staff were friendly and courteous. It was very good value for the money. Very central for trains buses and city centre. I would use the hotel again if I could get a room away from the immediate noise. Maybe the noise is not experienced by guests mid-week. I had requested quieter rooms where possible. Unfortunately we were given rooms in between a pub and a club playing what sounded like rave music. It was as if we were in the club, impossible to sleep until after 3am. We were moved next night. Still quite noisy. SHAME.Very creaky floor boards throughout hotel are the nosiest I have ever heard.

Not a lot, standards are slipping Stairs to room covered by rather dirty carpet. only one backless stool to sit on. no bedside reading lights. The room was the tiniest we have ever stayed in at this hotel. Glass of wine for €6 was outrageously expensive.

Very convient to bus station, luas, dart and city. The only thing I found wrong was on the morning of check out. Breakfast was served to 11.00 and check out was at 11.00. We went to our room at 11.05 and were not able to gain access with card. We were premitted into the room with no extra charge. I feel that if breakfast is served to 11.00 then your card should have at least an extra 30 minutes on it in order to get your luggage out of room.

Location was excellent! Tho a few ppl had us worried about the area, saying it's a junky hang out and such, we felt very safe at all times and saw hardly any shady characters. In any case the Garda station is litterally right outside the hotel entrance! Then so is the Busaras bus station & Luas (tram) station. The shopping centre is only a stop or two away or a few mins walk. The same goes for all the sites and bars/pubs/clubs/restaurants. Cherry on my cake was how unbelievably comfortable the bed and duvet were... It was sad to part with them. I would stay there again, if the price was right. The place is in desperate need of refurbishing! Even tho the room was in fact quite clean, it gave you the sense of dirtiness just cause everything was worn out. As little as some fresh paint would go a long way! The worse part of it all tho was how disturbingly hot the room was! So much so that it made it hard for me to breath. The fact that there was no fridge was also a big let down. The only thing we could keep in the room is water (kept it by the open window so it wouldn't boil in the heat) but anything else would have gone bad. The wifi charges were ridiculous in my opinion. 6€/Day to use on your own laptop or sth ridiculous like a euro for 10' at the pc in the lobby. The floors were incredibly creaky! You couldn't drop a needle without everyone in the hotel knowing. The last on my list is the shower head and water taps... Maybe some of you are used to that type of the above but not where I come from. If you wanna wash your hands you have to choose from freezing cold or scorching hot water. As for the stationary shower-head... Well I just don't find that practical.

The hotel was great and very well situated for getting around Dublin. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The hotel had run out of adaptor plugs when I needed one. The dinner at the restaurant was not quite the quality we were expecting. It could have been better.

Extremely convenient location next to the bus station and tram line. Also an easy walk to the main shopping areas and Temple Bar area. Can be a little noisy in the early mornings when the buses and trams start to run, but nothing too extreme.

The bar and restaurant which were attached to the hotel. Good value offers in restaurant. Had to switch room because of a broken bed, however when we first complained the complaint was ignored.

Friendly staff and clean rooms. The bed could have benifeted from an upgrade and the floors were creaky. Good hairdryer. The cold breakfast items were excellent and real coffee was served, but the hot items were a bit of a let down.

We have stayed there a few times and found the hotel very clean and comfortable. The staff are polite and helpful. This was the first time we got room 560 and it was huge and very comfortable. We also ate at the restaurant which was tasty.we got steaks and they were cooked just as we asked.

The staff were really helpful and friendly. The hotel itself and the rooms were well laid out and clean. Our bathroom could have done with a refurb but it was still adequate for what we wanted. Downsides were that it got quite noisy early hours with trams passing close by. Also inside with staff (I assume) walking the corridors with trolleys. Didn't bother us really though as who wants to sleep in when you have the whole of Dublin to explore!

Hotel staff were friendly, helpful and very efficient. The hotel was located perfectly in relation to the train or bus station. Anywhere in the centre of Dublin was within walking distance and taxis were plentiful if required. The rooms and facilities were excellent, in fact I have paid much more for less at other hotels. I have stayed here before and will stay there again. The residents bar is intimate enough to merit a romantic break, rooms are more than adequate and food is great. Overall a fantasic hotel.

The breakfast staff were very friendly. The location is excellent. It is a 10 minute walk to most things and the train and busstation are very close. The desk staff usually did not even look up when we came in. They were not very helpful either. The room was very hot! We turned all the heaters off and opened a window and still it was hot (in October) the heater in the bathroom could not turn off. The shower handle was so tight you could almost not close it. The bed was supposed to be a king, it was 140cm by 180cm. And it was so uncomfortable because the springs came through the bed. It was awful. The only reason I would stay here is if the room was atleast half the price we paid (about 95 euros P.N. incl. Breakfast)
