The room was good, clean and confortable. The location was great. There was some noise (not very disturbing) from the trains from 8am on, on the rooms on the back. |

The location of the hotel in Dublin city centre gave excellent access for checking out Dublin city itself with everything within walking distance. There was also a bus & train station within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom floor had loose floor tiles on top of an unstable floor and some of the bathroom fittings were below par. The central location also had the disadvantage of lots of traffic/bus/train noises making it difficult to sleep |

The staff was very friendly and polite. We arrived in the morning so the room wasn't ready yet but they offered to store our bags for us. Upon return in the afternoon we found the bags already in the room for us. The staff was very good about advising us on where to eat and what activities to do. They even made bus tour reservations for us. Only 3 channels on the TV, but you shouldn't be watching tv on vacation. |

Very basic, dated hotel. Did not spend toom much time there, thankfully, but had a very early awakening due to very noisey floor boards above us. this was also the case with my sister who stayed in a differant room. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful particularly a lady called RENATA I think her name was. All queries and questions answered. Would definitely stay again. Customer service excellent. Central location as we needed to be both sides of the river. |

Location was excellent for O2 and shops. Bus station close too. Staff helpful and friendly. Room OK. Restaurant with hotel is high quality Italien but not overly expensive for Dublin. Would definitely use thi shotel again. A little noisy because of location and club/ bar below (but it is a busy city) and did not detract from the overall stay. |

Good location within easy walking distance of the sights. No trouble with the attached bar/night club, it could be heard but not to a degree that would disturb. |

We went touring around Dublin - everything was a walk away. However in the evennig there was too much noise as there was a pub nearby - but we didnt mind as we were sooo tired from touring the city, we slept through it easily. |

Staff friendly on arrival nothing seemed to be a problem for them Hotel was perhaps a bit noisy at night due to the night club located downstairs but nothing that wouldn't make me return. |

It was very central to the city and an ideal location for any match in croke park. friendly and clean. As I'm pregnant i just wanted a location that was within walking distance of shopping etc. We were not interested in pubs or clubbing so I was extremely disappointed that when I got to bed that nite, there was the sound of a nite club right near us and I could hear the music perfectly and did not get sleep into the early hours. |

Its location was very good, the restaurant was fantastic & extremely good value. Our room looked onto street so tram & people noise was a factor at night but as our stay was only for one night it was bearable, i would be less inclined to put up with it, if it was a longer stay |

The staff were very pleasant in the Hotel and also in the Restaurant The noise llevel that came from the Hostel. And also the noise that came from the stairs that is at the side of the room I was staying in. This kept me awake both nights until the early hours of the morning. |

Comfortable clean room and very helpful staff. The use of a luggage room was very beneficial when arriivng too early to check in and for evening departures. Great position for bus station and Tram line. Not the quietest of hotel rooms at night. Bar noise from outside and constant rumblings in the walls from fans and heating. |
