lovely decor, welcoming and great central location Could maybe do with a bit of update in the decor, although it was nicely decorated it could do with a touch up in places |

The hotel was 10 minutes walk outside of the main tourist bar area therefore you were not right in the middle of everything. Was right next to the shopping district. As our room was near the front of the hotel at night there was some noise from the bus station which meant you couldnt leave the windows open but this did not affect sleeping as the room was not too hot, may not be great in the summer though. |

The free shuttle bus was great--only on arriving in Dublin, though (see below)! We caught the 12 o'clock bus from car park zone 4, as promised in the hotel description, which got us to the hotel as early as 12:30, where (another plus) our room was ready to check in. The location is very handy if you plan to do the occasional bus or train trip (the bus station, busaras, is literally across the road from the hotel, Connolly station is about a 2 minute walk). The staff were very friendly, there was a reasonably-priced Internet terminal in the lobby, and all our extra wishes (allergy-friendly duvet, quiet room--well, sort of... See below) were accommodated. On leaving Dublin, we spent about 40 minutes waiting for the free shuttle bus (which should have left at 2:55, but never showed up). Everyone kept promising it would be there "any minute now", but when there still was no sign of it at 3.35, we ended up taking the 6 eur Airlink bus which leaves opposite the hotel. My recommendation: Don't count on the free bus unless it's scheduled to leave at least 3 hours before flight departure. Or take another airport bus once the free one is 10 minutes late (no matter what staff tell you about it being "nearly there"!). The room was quiet on the first two nights (Tuesday and Wednesday), but on Thursday night there was loud music from the nightclub next door which kept going till the early hours. |

Free shuttle to and from the airport was an unexpected bonus. The Hotel Isaacs is convieniently located for both the city and the docklands area. The staff were helpful and attentive, and most importantly friendly. The bar, restaurant and lounge area were very comforable and relaxing. I would visit again, and recomend. Although the public areas were very smart, the rooms could do with a spruce up, there were stains on our ceiling, probably from and upstairs leak. The close proximty to the train station, the tram, and bus station means that when Dublin is waking, you will get an early morning call from the first commuter trains and trams. ( Why would you want to sleep late when in Dublin) |

Location, price and cleanliness. Room was a bit noisy as it was on first floor - noise from air conditioning unit outside window was a little annoying. But these are minor complaints, given the cost of the room. |

The weekend buffet breakfast, free shuttle to/from airport, staff, size of room, location. Noise from outside: bus terminal, dart trains, Luas tram line. One window in room did not fully close. |

I liked being able to return at any time of the night with no hassle. The doorman was always helpful and on duty. I think the lighting in the room could be a bit brigher. But thats not a negative point, just a personal view. All in all, there are no negative points from me. |

I ordered a wake-up call and it came on time and with a friendly voice. I also wanted breakfast in my room and I have got a friendly and nice service When I come in with my luggage, the man at reception put me on level 4, where I had to go up several steps from level 3. He took a look at my luggage and said: "Can you manage?" I am 60 years old an I would have liked a bit more service here. At 1.30 a.m. I could hear 2 men of hotel staff talking very loud outside my door as they collected the orders for breakfast from outside the rooms. They even stood there and discussed that they do not know who this woman is inside this room. These are the two things that gives the hotel a big minus in my eyes. |

Easy to get to from Airport. Rooms spacious, comfortable and clean with tea/coffee facitities which were refilled everyday, even had a full size hair drier in drawer in room which was a real bonus to me. Bathroom with bath/shower and fluffy towels. Short walking distance to O'Connell Street and Temple Bar. We walked to Guiness Storehouse as well. Bus station right outside if which to explore futher. |

It was conveniently situated for sightseeing in the city. The rooms we had were rather noisy, as they overlooked a courtyard occupied by backpackers. Other than that, our stay was enjoyable. |

Close to Dart &Tram stops and Busarus. Also earlybird menu at Hotel restaurant very unexpected. Hotel was not mentioned on Courtesy bus board at airport. Unable to establish where the bus would pick us up. Also last trip from hotel was 6.55pm when our flight was at 11pm. Travelled on public transport both ways. |
