close to the docks which was helpful when catching a ferry at 8.45am
Terrible place to find if driving! Car park isn't obvious, has gated entry with no signage and had to get member of staff to open it. We thought it was expensive and not good value for money. Noisy at night-time inside and outside the hotel.
Staff Location Breakfast
The room - too old and worn The Noise - windows wouldn't close and noise from the street
The breakfast Buffett was amazing! Would definitely recommend.
The only fault was that the room was far too hot which made it difficult to sleep in. Everything else was brilliant.
Staff friendly and helpful. Breakfast ok
Rooms very sparse. Hotel in need of some TLC. Breakfast didn't start until 8.00, late for most business users.
Staff were excellent.
Rooms are pretty complicated to late and with luggage it's worse!
The location for the city exploration was excellent.
The fact that the hotel was located at a tram station, bus station and a taxi rank. This led to poor nights sleep when disturbed by people talking loudly at 3:00am
Staff super-friendly and helpful, large and comfortable room, everything you need is provided, hotel in a great location right opposite the central bus station and tram stop with connolly station literally around the corner.
Pretty much nothing! The only mishap I had was that the wifi access ran out before my stay had ended, but when I asked them about it they gave me another voucher so it wasn't a problem at all.
nicely in between financial quarter and city centre
room near rail line (very last room on corridor so other rooms not facing that way)
The room was spacious with large windows letting in lots of natural light. Convenient location, close to Connolly Station.
Right next to the train tracks and our room was right above a pub. That meant some noise but it was quieter after 11pm.
Staff & location excellent
The heat in room stifling & unable to sleep
The staff were very nice. It was the weekend of the Half marathon, so they opened the kitchen an hour earlier for the runners. Also let me have late checkout for free. Food was ok in the restaurant even if they didn't get my order right.
The noise. It was pretty bad. The windows had been repainted and no longer fit in the frames so were constantly open, making the room cold and letting the noise in from the street. And, this is Dublin, so there is drunkard shouting until the wee hours.
ideal for shopping
putting a family with small child in room with trams and buses running outside all night. right next door to a bar. no parking
Price was the best at the time Location suited me well Breakfast was great
Very accommodating from the moment we arrived, and as our room was ready we were allowed to book in early, room was clean and comfortable, the restaurant food is fantastic and is also available in the bar, we used both.
Ok we were opposite the Bus station however this did not disrupt or intrude with noise to much
Walking distance to the centre, next to tram stop for Heuston Station. Luggage storage.
Hotel was 5 minutes walk from city centre Dublin and ideal base for getting out and about.. Great choice at breakfast which set you up for the day.. Staff were very attentive and friendly no matter what time day or night
Requested a quiet room and got a room which had water constantly running from roof outside which kept us awake .. Room was far too hot and unable to regulate temperature and had to sleep with window open which made running water noise worse
Handy location, friendly staff, lovely breakfast, professional service at all times.
There was nothing I did not like about this hotel.
Room was clean, staff was friendly, wifi was fast, and the location allowed us to walk to practically everything we wanted to see in Dublin.
NO MINI FRIDGE THE ROOM HAD NO A/C OR FAN
Location - walking distance to everything, excellent restaurant, friendly staff
food was beautiful! really enjoyed the breakfast and then we had dinner in the evening which was also lovely
no free wifi rooms would need a full length mirror
Lovely hotel, within walking distance to all amenities. And on the door step of public transport. will definitely stay again.
Location was great and standard of room was fine as well
Very noisy due to trams and trains running nearby and also windows in room were borken so couldn't open....led to a very warm and uncomfortable night
While the room was relatively nicely furnished the windows looked into a small dark smoking area which allowed little to no light into the room and required that the lights be on even in the middle of the day.
Close to Connolly station
Our room had view of a wall
