The best thing about the Isaacs is the location- across the street from the bus station and right near the train station. Sadly, we used neither. The hotel staff was somewhat friendly though they made my wife and baby wait in the lobby while I was returning the rental car; since they had the credit card via boooking.com, they should have promptly let them go to the room. I thought for the high price we should have gotten quite a bit more. Decor was uninspired and a little tired. Room was small and hot (though they provided a fan). The Trinity Capital, where we'd stayed earlier in the week, was far better value. In fact, all 7 other hotels we stayed in in Ireland/N. Ireland were much better value. |

We were pleasantly surprised at the size of our room considering this is a city hotel (room 101). Room and bathroom were massive. Reception staff were the most helpful of people, we came in at 4.00am and asked for more teabags and milk for our room and they just brought them to us. Very nice chaps. Breakfast was great, on the Saturday morning you are asked if you would like a cooked breakfast which was brought to our table. On the Sunday it was a buffet style were you helped yourself. There was also a great selection of breads, cheese, cereals, fruits, croissants, fresh juices, tea and coffee. |

The room was good, clean and confortable. The location was great. There was some noise (not very disturbing) from the trains from 8am on, on the rooms on the back. |

The location of the hotel in Dublin city centre gave excellent access for checking out Dublin city itself with everything within walking distance. There was also a bus & train station within a couple of minutes walk from the hotel. The breakfast was excellent. The bathroom floor had loose floor tiles on top of an unstable floor and some of the bathroom fittings were below par. The central location also had the disadvantage of lots of traffic/bus/train noises making it difficult to sleep |

The staff was very friendly and polite. We arrived in the morning so the room wasn't ready yet but they offered to store our bags for us. Upon return in the afternoon we found the bags already in the room for us. The staff was very good about advising us on where to eat and what activities to do. They even made bus tour reservations for us. Only 3 channels on the TV, but you shouldn't be watching tv on vacation. |

Very basic, dated hotel. Did not spend toom much time there, thankfully, but had a very early awakening due to very noisey floor boards above us. this was also the case with my sister who stayed in a differant room. |

All staff were extremely pleasant and helpful particularly a lady called RENATA I think her name was. All queries and questions answered. Would definitely stay again. Customer service excellent. Central location as we needed to be both sides of the river. |

Location was excellent for O2 and shops. Bus station close too. Staff helpful and friendly. Room OK. Restaurant with hotel is high quality Italien but not overly expensive for Dublin. Would definitely use thi shotel again. A little noisy because of location and club/ bar below (but it is a busy city) and did not detract from the overall stay. |

Good location within easy walking distance of the sights. No trouble with the attached bar/night club, it could be heard but not to a degree that would disturb. |

We went touring around Dublin - everything was a walk away. However in the evennig there was too much noise as there was a pub nearby - but we didnt mind as we were sooo tired from touring the city, we slept through it easily. |
