Great staff always happy to help. I would recommend this hotel
Comfort, delicious food and delightful surroundings .Staff pleasant and friendly.
Good food Quiet location of bedroom
Hotel building itself, exudes charm and character and has a special atmosphere, with beautiful views of river and countryside. Staff were excellent, food superb and plentiful. Great facilities, would highly recommend.
Really enjoyed our stay, the staff were so friendly and helpful and the food was superb. Will definitely go back.
Bar with food staff at reception excellent at any time Lounges where you could relax grounds to walk in Near the town
Room service food not the same quality as the bar Showers hot water difficult to use
Staff took a personal interest in helping us find our way around Clonmel.
Everything looked great inside-out. Lush carpets, heavy furniture in the common areas, large rooms and great food. Friendly staff. Loved it!
everything excellent.hotel,staff,food,leisure centre.
Its design and overall appeal
Too far out of town. We got wet walking home. No apparent taxis in Clonmel.
Rooms were good especially jacuzzi and hot tub rooms. Staff were excellent and very helpfull.
Breakfast was never hot, only if you asked for it to be warmed up. Restaurant although good has a very limited menu and will bore the pants off you after 3 nights.
Excellent bar food late breakfast & late checkout
staff didnt check guests arriving for breakfast & guests were left waiting for tables, empty tables hadnt been cleared.
Location, staff, price, comfort. late check out.
Staff we're very pleasant
Very dated and worn furnishings. Room and food costs totally out of line with what was delivered. Taps in the bathroom barely reached the sink & poorly lit.
The service from check in to check out was both friendly and personal. The hotel's grounds are amazing and so picturesque. The old world charm of the hotel coupled with friendly service made for a memorable and enjoyable stay.
luxury of our king breakfast in bed too expensivesize room
lovely rooms with a fantastice view, great location. Staff very helpful and friendly
Breakfast was a little cold
Everything. We had booked online a double room. On arrival the manager upgraded us to a suite which overlooked the river, had a large balcony, and great room facilities. Could have lived there!
very friendly...quirky dining.. good food.
awkward bar service..basement breakfast room a complete shambles..inexperienced staff most of the time. whats with the egg frying in lukewarm fat?????
Wonderful classic hotel
I stayed as I was at a wedding it was just fantastic, staff very helpful, food great, location really great and room was really lovely. Definitely will go back again.
There was nothing I didn't like.
Our room was lovely with a good bed
Leisure centre is nice, rooms are of a fair standard, staff pleasant.
Error with bill on check out, it was resolved when we queried it. Slow service for bar food, had to ask for condiments rather than them being brought along with food.
Place was clean but will over price no clean towels no left out by door no one cleaned our room even tho they changed use 440 pounds when I told lady who we paid all she could say was sorry 2 wedding on big deal but still took full price of use very poor. They should of took money of bill
Nice place around lots to see
