Hotel was lovely and very plush, breakfast lovely, bar open nice and late Bit outside the town, bit of a dangerous walk into town, bar mais said it was a two min walk, about 7-10min and dark road, got taxi back after lesson learned, spa pool was freezing and jacuzzi would not turn on, |

leisure centre excellent staff and customer care some of the areas are ' old fashioned ' and the older rooms could do with a face lift |

Staff were very friendly and helpful also the leisure facilities were excellent. We stayed in the old part of the hotel and the rooms were a bit outdated. |

The leisure facilities were excellent. The hotel was very comfortable and relaxing and the food was very good. |

i found my stay at your hotel excellent, you had everything a guest would need and more, i was amazed at how well you cater for children, and the staff were very friendly and helpfull. |

Car park was a short distance from reception. Staff friendly and polite. Rooms clean and warm. Quality of meat in the cooked breakfast was poor, saying that tea and toast came quickly, and all other aspects of the breakfast was enjoyed. |
