The hotel staff were wonderful,helpful and courtious at all times.....The room was spotless,warm and the beds were very comfortable.....bathroom was very good,modern and plenty of hot water....and the rates were real value for money.....Thanks for a most enjoyable stay..... |

Good service and great value for money and ideal base location. Carpets a bit shabby in room and general musty like feeling in room. Poor television channels and reception in room tv..Carpets in room needed cleaning |

Liz at the front desk was a gem. She provided good information for access to downtown Dublin. Not the Hotel's fault, but access to the hotel is really strange due to all the construction in the area. Follow signs to Monestary Road. Access to the Tram was also diverted due to the construction. |

The choice of food was not good - nor the actual food itself once it arrived. It would be helpful to have known about the roadworks and revised directions to the hotel. Some roads were blocked off and we had to be directed by members of the public. The room was very warm and our room was on the second floor - upon opening a window it was noisy because an air-conditioning unit was outside. |

Clean rooms, restaurant and bar on premises Breakfast too expensive, pay for internet, not easy access to transportation and hard to get too off M50 if you dont know area |

clean and bright rooms because of major motorway works it was very hard to get access to the hotel and it was not very well signposted - However this should be sorted soon I have been told |

Nothing There is nothing i could say that would be good about this hotel. The taxi driver on the way out summed it up for us by calling it the in-bits hotel |

It is well located right on the motorway and tramline. the staff where plesant and helpful and the rooms where big and clean. It can be nosiey and expensive for such a basic room. |

Very quiet rooms. No noise from neighbouring rooms or nearby building site. Local tram service very accessible. The lack of a music channel on TV. |
