I could not fault this hotel in any way, I have recommended it to all my friends as the ideal stepping stone to Dublin for any event or shopping trip. Prior to booking I read the reviews for this hotel & although some very incredibly negative I went ahead with booking as I figured some people seemed impossible to please where-ever they stayed, and I'm so glad I didn't let their thoughts cloud mine as I would not have found such this little gem with all the extra's as standard for a fraction of the cost of other hotels! Honestly could not find a single thing to moan about! Keep doing what you're doing I say!! |

A Nightmare! Fire Alarm went off and I got no Sleep the whole night. I was not offered anything for my uncomfortable night in the Hotel. When I booked on line I used my Brother's Credit card to reserve my room. It said that this was only for the booking purposes and the card would not be charged. This was not the case, the money was infact deducted from my brother's card! |

It is quite modern, the food was good and reasonably priced. Free private parking was great, and the staff were most helpful The towels in the room, strong smell of bleach of them and they didn't dry you properly, my skin was still damp after using them, I understand you have to use bleach but you could use more washing powder and fabric softener to hide the smell of bleach and make them more dryable |

The hotel was clean and good value for money both for accomodation and food. Connections for public transport are not as good as they could be. The new road network means a 10 minute uphill walk from/to the tram station. Although the bus into the city picks up right outside the hotel, it drops off 5 minutes away. |

Hotel good, staff excellent, charges of 5 euro per dog - very fair rate. Our room was checked out and we were refunded the 50 euro deposit as it was as clean as when we arrived. The restaurant did not have half of the items on the menu - apparently chef had underordered, NO Steak!!!! NO pie's - NO garlic bread, salad was poor, in fact very little available - and what we did have was not of a very good standard. |

The staff for the most part were very friendly and efficient, although this did vary a lot depending on who we spoke to. For a budget hotel, the whole package was not bad. The room booking was for three people and there were three beds in the room yet every evening when we returned, the bathroom only had enough towels for two people. I would expect this to happen the first night but I do not expect to have to ask for more towels every day. In addition, the towels often had an unpleasant musty smell. |

Ibis Hotels are very good in price/quality. Free tee and coffee on the room. Modern. Helpful staff. There was a very loud fan, when you switch on the light in the bathroom. Also pipes in the bathroom was sometimes very loud, when somebody splash in the room above ours. First morning of our accommodation, the staff make a noise in the hall near to our door. |

The hotel was clean, the staff were very pleasant and helpful and the rooms were beautiful. There wasn't a great selection on the menu. There was more variety on the kids menu. I had the chicken burger and the chicken was hard and dry. Also, on the Sunday morning there was an awful lot of noise outside. Other guests staying in the hotel were taking part in some kind of car convention and all started their noisy cars at 8am. |

The staff were welcoming, friendly, and helpful. The security to return to the hotel late was thorough, friendly and efficient. To be able to park free is a plus for a city like Dublin. Breakfast was delicious. |
