Probably location... Everything, the bed is too low for any tall person. The room itself is nice but the bathroom is tiny. For an Ibis hotel i was shocked at how small this was. |

It's location as it's right beside the the LUAS. There's no room service. Lack of staff. Staff seem to be struggling to meet guests demand. |

The breakfast was excellent value & set us up for the day! The bed - while queen-size - was basically a matress on a board |

The rooms were comfortable and spacious and the staff were helpfull and friendly. It was hard to find and once you passed the entrance it was impossible to turn off the motorway. |

i found it the be the simplest looking hotel ive ever stayed in. the bar we were told was 24hrs which it wasnt and if you call a half reception desk type bar with 3 bottles on offer including whiskey a bar then im very disappointed.the pillows were as cosy as sleeping on the floor itself... |

It was comfortable and easily accessible and is ideally situated in proximity to city centre and surrounding shopping centres.A good base for holidays in the Dublin area and surrounds. |

The price was excellent and the comfort and security provided for the price was very good. Some rooms are better than others. While the first night had a more spacious room with sound-proof windows and a black-out curtain, the second room we stayed in was not as good in these respects (but still comfortable). |

travelling from Cork going to concert in the O2 this hotel was very good choice..Parking was free and the luas was just across the road, especially if you want to avoid Dublin traffic.as it is just off the M50 not really anything that I did not like .However it is a basic hotel but serves its purpose very well as an overnighter. |

Convience to dublin for a short shopping break, rooms and hotel in general very clean, good shower but sink stopper stuck so our sink was full from washing teeth and hands.why dont the owners look at these reviews and learn. Down side to hotel as most others have stated in previous reviews smell of smoke in rooms and strong smell of bleach from bed linen and towels. the smell was in my nose for most of the day after checkout. we did not have breakfast as reviews put us off and as we were checking out there was a man complaining about it at reception. we actually drove back down the road to another hotel to have breakfast. |
