Convenient location for a party we were at. Close to Luas stop
Basic but good price, we only really used it as a place to sleep.
The price of the room
The cleaners did a great job.
The food not a lot to choose on the menu for kids. Also very cold in the dining area at the windows.
The staff was friendly despite it was christmas time and very busy in the hotel.
Staff friendly & welcoming.
staff were very polite and friendly.
TV sound poor. Coffee awful, tasted like instant coffee. Tended to be a bit chilly in the restaurant.
I wasn't expecting luxury or frills. Everything was totally functional, and the bed gives an amazing nights rest, so all my needs were met. Location is excellent. The staff were very friendly & welcoming. Will stay here regularly.
Price very good, area just on M50 quiet at night no large bar etc
Breakfast could be warmer also reception and catering staff didn't think we had paid for breakfast in advance which we had done but on producing receipt accepted we did don't know what would have happened if we had binned it
It delivered exactly what it said it would and all at a very good price
The carpet in the room looked a little dirty but nothing a really good clean wouldn't sort out
My room was freezing, i explained this to the receptionist in which I was giving a heater which started to spark so I had to switch it off in fear it would catch fire, this was completely unacceptable, I have stayed in this hotel quite abit but next time would have to review my options as I couldn't go without heat.
Location suited me.
Heater in the room did not work.
value, staff friendliness, access to Luas
breakfast whilst good, became a bit boring if you were staying for multiple nights.
Food a little greasy and very pricey
Staff lovely, nice sized rooms, rooms lovely and warm with the option to higher or lower the level of heat.loved that it was quiet, lounge area perfect for a few quiet drinks, definitely a bargin.
Television quite low - volume restricted which meant we found it difficult to easily hear the telly. The bed wasn't the most comfortable the second time we stayed. None the less we will be back
Nice little hotel with everything required for a short stay. The free WiFi was great for the kids. The breakfast was lovely too. All in all a pleasant stay would stay again.
The location wasn't good for us as we were visiting family but no fault of the hotel. Tram lines were nearby to take you to city centre so not all bad
Wish they would move the Luas nearer to the Hotel.
The staff was very helpful. Room was fine.
STAFF KINDA HUFFY
The location and quality of hotel was perfect for wat we needed that weekend
The attitude of staff was disgusting they were cheeky to me at receiption infront of my partner then entered my room approx 1/2 hour later without consent for no apparent reason and without apology i will not atay ever again and wont be recommending
Good value for money
WIFI Speed was slow
Better than expected for such a low price. No complaints except the pillows were a bit hard for me and bulky. I'll go again and bring my own
No breakfast in bed
Reception areas brilliant
Bed only ok
We have stayed several times at the Ibis and have as yet nothing to complain about. Our latest stay was over the new year , We found the staff friendly and helpful as usual, the room was warm and clean, everything you wood need for a good nights sleep. It is not five star luxury but you are not paying for that,it is in fact very good value for money.
I suppose if you were looking for something to complain about it would be the walk to the Luas stop. That bridge over the motorway is very exposed and a great place to get a soaking if it is wet. having said that it only a seven minute walk across and the Luas service is very good as is the many busses that serve the Luas stop to and from the city and airport. The airport service actually passes by the Hotel but does'nt stop at the bus stop there. Perhaps the Hotel could influence the Dublin Coach to stop there, it would be a real benifit to people getting to and from the airport.
The staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean and it was excellent value for money.
The beds were uncomfortable and the double bed was too small for 2 people.
