its very reasonally priced for the location and you can walk to the luas for town i think the whole place could do with a coat of paint and new carpets as the one leading to bedroom was very stained |

The location alone is a reason to stay here - close to the motorway and to the luas. The rooms are always clean and the staff friendly and helpful (I've stayed twice before) the breakfast is lovely and the coffee real apart from only 2hours sleep, everything was perfect!!! there was a constant humming noise from the rads / pipework or from somewhere, when I finally went to speak with the night porter at 3:30am (that's right, no sleep) he said it was due to the rad being on all the time (the rad was on although it wasn't noticably hot to touch) having turned it off, the night porter said that the noise would... |

The quiteness, greenery around the hotel and location. Breakfast was stated to be from 7am to 10am on weekdays, but was partly cleared around 9.30am. Bit of an inconvenience. |

Perfect for a good value business trip. The wifi facility is a specially good feature The noise made by the lavatories when they are flushed. Sounds like a pump and is very disturbing |

On arrival, it was after 21.00hrs - having travelled from Cork I just wanted a snack - the night porter provided that very welcome slice of toast. Thank you. |

The staff was incredibly kind of helpful and we really appreciated how accommodating everyone was! I also thought that the place was very nice looking and the continental breakfast was great - nice and light with a good deal of options. |

Rooms are clean, quite big and its extremely good value for money. The plumbing in the hotel is noisy and corridors can be noisy. |

I'd describe this hotel as budget business or mid-budget business. Staff were very friendly particularly Monika on reception. Showers were excellent, like a power hose, loved that, relatively comfortable. Rooms were clean which was most important. Very close to M50 and Dundrum which is useful. Rooms were very basic and boring and had a get you in get you out quick type of feel. No bar in the hotel. Would prefer full breakfast instead of continental even if the price was higher. Couldn't pull up to the door to drop off guests in the rain. Outside of the hotel is horrible looking - just giant bare concrete slabs/blocks. |
