Not much I think the blurb on the website was misleading. This hotel was not where I was expecting it to be and it was nowhere near as nice as the photos included in the website. I was very disappointed and so was my colleague who also stayed. |

I Liked the building, the setting, nice large room, comfortable bed and friendly staff. My only complaint is, stains on the carpet in Room F2, otherwise I have no complaints. |

I was very impressed with the receptionist. She was very helpful when it came to ordering food and the Residence is lucky to have her on staff. The bedrooms were nice and warm. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food, and the dining room assistant was available if required. There was nothing that a good cleaning wouldn't put right. When people eat their meals in the bedrooms it is inevitable they will drop food hence the carpets get stained. There is a need for housekeeping to take a look at the dust on the fittings and even the glasses. |

The location was private, despite being in a residential location. I felt very secure in leaving my Harley for the periods of time I went into Dublin. I really like the breakfast, espically the delicious custard style Irish yogart. Made my day. It is a concrete block, and somewhat cold in the communal areas, but what a design! |

2 of the staff were extremly helpful in telling us where to go especially a young Irish girl with bobbed hair (dont know her name unfortunatley) Are shower room was not clean and old bottles had been left inside the cubicle. I also think that the hotel needed a lick of paint on the inside. The location is also not easy to find and not sign posted very well. Are curtain was hanging off the rail but my husband fixed it. overall the hotel was uninviting and there was litter outside the main front door |

Close to the LUAS and Dundum Town Centre, clean rooms of a good size, reasonable breakfast, free gym and wireless Internet. Dirty carpets and curtains |

Hotel ist ein nettes kleines Hotel. Zur Nächsten Straßenbahn geht man ca. 20 Minuten zu fuß, und dann nochmal 20 minuten mit der Bahn dann ist man im City Center. The breakfast was really poor, just one sort of ham, not much cheese, no eggs |

Very convenient for conference delegates at the imi. Clean & quiet. Breakfast was ok. It is a 20-minute walk from the imi residence to Dundrum town centre - if you arrive late at night (as I did) then you may be hard pushed to get there before all the restaurants close. There are no facilities (not even a bar) at the imi residence |

Convenience to conference I was attending. Good spacious room. reception staff were very helpful and polite. Breakfast continental was good. No bar restaurant at night in the hotel. Remote control for tv had poor batteries. If I had known there was a gym I would have used it. |
