Hotellet låg inte allt för långt ifrån Dundrums shopping center - vilket gjorde att det var gångavstånd till restauranger mm.

Rummen var mycket dåligt städade - det låg hårstrån överallt och rummet stank rök - på väggarna var där fläckar med odefinerbara substans. Personalen var inte direkt service minded och bilderna på annonsen gick inte att jämföra med det verkliga utseendet

being situated on its own grounds guaranteed a quiet and peaceful night's sleep.

The room was overly hot and blankets (as opposed to duvets) were not available.

Room was clean and bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was very nice, very good value. It was only a fifteen minute walk to Dundrum shopping centre. Good car parking facilities.

Could not find any fault with hotel.

for the price we were nicely surprised,the rooms decor and colours,especially the lighting were lovely,much better than alot of much more expensive hotels,lovely breakfast

the bathroom was pretty dirty,large mirrors very smudgy,filthy toilet brush,thats to say ive stayed in 4 star hotels where bathrooms are not up to scratch,that is a place one wants to be spotless

Good location, close to buses and Luas, very reasonable and comfortable rooms. Well recommended!

The radiator in my room started knocking like a kango hammer in the aerlie hours of the morning.

i didnt particularly like my stay i thought it was really uncomforting and will not be returning

Value for money

rooms were basic

I Liked the building, the setting, nice large room, comfortable bed and friendly staff.

My only complaint is, stains on the carpet in Room F2, otherwise I have no complaints.

Covenient location good value

I was very impressed with the receptionist. She was very helpful when it came to ordering food and the Residence is lucky to have her on staff. The bedrooms were nice and warm. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food, and the dining room assistant was available if required.

There was nothing that a good cleaning wouldn't put right. When people eat their meals in the bedrooms it is inevitable they will drop food hence the carpets get stained. There is a need for housekeeping to take a look at the dust on the fittings and even the glasses.

The location was private, despite being in a residential location. I felt very secure in leaving my Harley for the periods of time I went into Dublin. I really like the breakfast, espically the delicious custard style Irish yogart. Made my day.

It is a concrete block, and somewhat cold in the communal areas, but what a design!
