Location of the hotel is fantastic. Breakfast was appalling - needs to be improved as this is one of the most mentioned issues on any of the reviews of the hotel. |

Bedrooms were large and very comfortable. Tea and coffee facilities in the room were good. Breakfasts and the food in the bar were competively priced and were of a oood standard. Bars within the hotel were very good. Location and the standard of the rooms were excellant Not good views from most of the bedrooms and closer parking facilities needed |

Hotel was centrally located with all shops, restaurants and bars close by. Check in was easy and quick. There was a very sterile smell throughout the hotel. There was no on site parking. Only a cold buffet breakfast available. |

The room size, and location were fantastic - good size bathroom too. And the continential breakfast was excellent, and served till 11.30!! It also had a residents bar, which some hotels no longer have!! There were no products in the bathroom!! And was the one time I didn't bring shampoo :) |

staff are friendly, patient, polite and kind, quite surroudings, convenient sites to go shopping, it doesn't mean i did not like, just some suggestion, it's not easy to clean a room with mess, take care about the place under the bed and the tea maker will be perfect. |

Location, right on Eyre Square for €50 each per night. No car parking facility in the hotel, we had to park on the other side of the square. |

location and Proximity to city centre No heating on at arrival and several problems with heating on and off during our stay in middle of winter. Initially fan heater blowing air down onto centre bed which was poor quality heating and unsatisfactory |

The continental breakfast was very good and the closeness of the bar made it very convenient when it was raining. The location of the hotel is excellent. It is close to all the shopping, restaurants and night life. The lack of parking was inconvenient. During the rush hour there is no access to a drop off point so you end up parking away from the hotel, making it difficult to transfer suitcases. The kettle in the room was too small for 3 people and there is a need for a light above the main mirror where the hair dryer is. |

To be honest. Very little. We were using the hotel to hold a training seminar and when we arrived, we were told that no car park was available but there was a car park on the far side of Eyre Square that we could use but we would have to pay for. We told the hotel staff that we had a lot of equipment to bring in and at no pint did they offer to help us even though one of our trainers was pregnant. |

Location, comfortable beds, good continental breakfast available. The shower head could not be moved, annoying for the tall or short! |
