The location was excellent. and the continental breakfast was really nice, lots of choice. bed was super comfy.
The residents bar was terrible. came back to have a few drinks floors and tables were filthy. No atmosphere and the barman had to leave as he was also doing doorman!
was very quiet no noise at night, clean hotel for a great price in a great location and staff were very friendly and approachable and food in hotel was very nice, have already recommended this hotel and will stay here again
only small thing was the room was very warm at night not a bad complaint but was bit uncomfortable
city center, near everything we needed.
Found the room to be cold when the heat went off.
our room was changed to a different floor away from the street without us having to ask. All staff we met were friendly and helpful.
The Hotel is right in the centre of everything a few mins walk from the shops bars and restaurants. Food in the bar was really nice as was the continental breakfast in the morning great choice.
Some Staff in the bar/restaurant could have been thought how to smile and be a little more pleasant.
I really liked how nice the staff was at the reception desk
Staff and food wer excellent
Would have liked a cooked breakfast inc in price
location was great
2 single beds pushed together is not a double bed. wifi was open to everybody in city center location, result very bad speeds. Heating was broken and it was very cold. Generally old, dated looking hotel.
Bed was so uncomfortable we couldn't sleep and we stared we wanted a double and we got two single beds thrown together
I did not dislike anything
Excellent location, nice bar with a residents late bar
No onsite parking, shower took an age to heat up and musty smell in the room
asking for a quiet room free of noise and getting it. We had fab room,
paying for room in cash before inspecting it, but in fairness was changed immediately upon request. my views on this room were repeated on leaving.
Location is perfect for shopping, night out and seeing everything Galway has to offer! Staff were lovely and food was great. Wouldn't stay anywhere else in Galway!
Nothing to complain about here!!
- Very quite hotel - Excellent location, city centre
- Morning staff in bar did not speak English. - Continental breakfast which was lovely was supplied but E5 extra charge for fry, was not told this when booking.
Location excellent, staff great and breakfast excellent
Smell of Cigarettes in 3rd floor hallways
No Car Park
hotel was a maze inside with poorsineage also took three attempts to find an open exit to the street the next morning
Everything the room was lovely big for a single & so clean
Location was great and was good value at Christmas time
Requested double bed it was two singles put together
Smell of cigarette smoke in corridors
Good continental breakfast included. Staff very friendly and helpful Excellent location
Heating was turned off early in morning and had to ask staff to turn it back on
Friendly efficient staff. Good bar and bar food. Great location.
The availability of GF bread
we paid 5 euro to obtain an irish breakfast but the quality could be improved plus I disliked having to eat it in a bar.......
