Smell of sewerage in our room in the morning. Disgusting. Staff on the front desk very very rude. Very expense for a poor hotel 2 star at best.
Staff all lovely and very helful. The hotel is a bit tired but this is made up for by everything else. Extremely clean, lovely breakfast. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
The craic was mighty, staff were friendly. The room was clean & breakfast was first class.
Clean bed linen
* Totally overcharged for a nights stay * Unfriendly staff * When I asked for my room Key and inverted the numbers, the staff member mocked me * Flithy carpet with actual holes * People smoking on the landing *A rag for a towel
There is no parking. My car got hit while parked very nice scratch on it coming home
nice situation, security good
dining room staff..not at all friendly...food terrible
The night porters were rude. Obviously they have a job to do but one of the guys was a complete thug. I was actually afraid of him.
Situated right in the centre of town. Clean rooms and friendly staff
Having to pay in advance without prior view of the room. The hotel is basic and could do with updating
Not a great dinner menu.
The staff were friendly and very helpful. I thought the lobby had some interesting decor. The location made for easy access to the Cliffs of Moher and the beauty of the Burren.
The wi-fi signal was somewhat rubbish. You had to hang around the lobby and if too many people were logged on, the signal strength would suffer greatly.
Great staff, great location.
Breakfast was not good.
Poor quality hotel for the money we paid. We found the reception staff quiet abrupt. The staff in the restaurant were very courteous but the breakfast was very poor. The scrambled eggs were dry, sausages were disgusting and poor choice of breakfast available. Would not recommend this hotel and will not stay here again.
Good central location and Lisdoonvarna is nice and close to everything there is to see in Clare.
Rooms were very small and basic. Breakfast was very little choice and not very good, it's not hard to do a good fry up in fairness, skipped it second morning.
Hotel room was very clean and beds very comfortable. We were just looking for somewhere to sleep as we were sight seeking.
Issue with our card on arrival and receptionist asked us some questions we were not happy with. Have you any cards from a different bank and did we only have one card between us
The hotel was lovely and clean and most of the staff were very friendly
I understood when booking that there was entertainment at the hotel and their wasn't also When we got back at midnight to our hotel, there was no bar and I asked the member of staff that I needed glass of water and he refused at first and he wasn't pleasant about having to get me a glass of water
hotel was spotless clean, breakfast was good.
arrived in the evening time around 8 pm could not get food in the hotel as kitchen was closed, no music in the bar and it closed early !! poor wifi and only donwstairs..
It's a bit dated
The breakfast was very mean not enough when u got fry
It was very good. All services was excellent. I recommend more options for vegetarians and opening hours for restaurant to be longer.
We arrived around 20:00 In the evening and the restaurant closed. In weekend should be open late especially when you don't have to much options.
The staff was really nice The bed and the room were comfortable
Lisdoonvarna is a really quite place a bit lost in the countryside.
Friendly and helpful stuff, evening program ( live irish music)
wifi connection only at reception
Friendly staff 10 out of 10 brill. Room lovely very clean and very warm.
Breakfast good but under cooked saugages cold in centre, but it won't put me off coming again.
Very good position to visit lots of atractions around Clare county. Free parking.
Breakfast, there is no much of a choice, there is the full Irish bereakfast and/or some cereals.
